A Summary Of Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis By Clearing Methods And A Study On The Law Of Syndromes And Treatments In The Literature

Purpose:Qing method applied to tutor’s clinical experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis was summarized,and by collecting method of nearly 10 years the qing literature for the treatment of ulcerative colitis,bayesian network was used to analysis of data mining,for cleaning method to provide theoretical basis for application in clinical promotion.Material and method:1.Collected the effective cases of ulcerative colitis treated by the tutor,and summarized the diagnosis and treatment ideas and drug compatibility.2.By "ulcerative colitis,clear heat,colon cleansing,purification,qing guide" keywords for retrieval way,retrieval in nearly a decade(from January 2008 to December 2017),published by the method of qing literature for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.By retrieving the Chinese net database(CNKI),a database of ten thousand,chongqing weipu journal database(VIP)in full,with a clear method of relevant literature of TCM therapy or combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine 370,eliminate repetition and has nothing to do with literature,according to the literature into and exclusion criteria,received meet the requirements with 159 references.In 159 literatures,there were 7,615 cases,including 4193 males and 3422 females.There are 146 kinds of Chinese medicine,and the drugs are divided into 19 categories and 38 small ones.The above data were summarized and analyzed with Excel,IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 and other statistical software.Results:1.In the literature,the treatment of ulcerative colitis in the literatures mainly involves 146 Chinese medicines,which are divided into 19 broad categories and 38 small ones.The medicine is mainly for the heat cure,the tonic medicine,the gas medicine,the hemostatic medicine,the water hygroscopic medicine.Among them,the heat-clearing medicine is multi-use of huanglian,baitou,scutellaria,wormwood,yellow cypress,and qin skin;It is used in white art,radix paeoniae,radix astragali,angelica,dangshen,and yam.The use of natural gas is wood,orange peel and orange.Hemostatic medicine multisite elm,white and,37,gun ginger;The water hygroscopic medicine is multi-purpose poria,coix seed.2.The treatment of ulcerative colitis by qing method is more effective than single therapy.The use probability of qinghai-li water supplementation method is higher than that of the qinghai-li water method or the heat filling method;The probability of the use of the method is higher than that of the pure heat or the heat removal method.Conclusion:1.The treatment of ulcerative colitis with clear method is an important method for the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and the specific application of the treatment is to combine the deficiency drugs,the rational qi medicine,the hemostatic medicine,the water-permeable drug and so on.2.Is given priority to with qing method for the treatment of ulcerative colitis academic ideas and literature research results to confirm each other,that is given priority to with qing method of treatment in the treatment of ulcerative colitis plays an important role.
