Purpose:Through the comparative study of incision and drainage and incision and drainage in the treatment of perianal abscess, the clinical effects of incision and hanging line on the perianal abscess were analyzed including the efficiency, recovery rate, recurrence rate, wound healing time after the first operation and the total healing time of the two operation.Clinical value of incision and thread drawing in the treatment of perianal abscess in infants.Material and method:The study selected 66 children who visited Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to June 2017 and divided them into two groups randomly: 33 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated by incision and thread drawing, while the control group was treated by incision and drainage. The effective rate, recovery rate, recurrence rate, wound healing time after first operation and the total healing time of the two operation were observed.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis.Results:1.the treatment group and the control group were comparable in terms of sex,age and duration of disease, with no statistical difference(P > 0.05).The incidence of male infants and young children in the sample was significantly higher than that in female infants.2.the treatment group and the control group received clinical treatment after operation, but the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance,P=0.015 < 0.05.3.in the treatment group, the recurrence rate within 6 months after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group,P=0.000 < 0.01.4.the total healing time of the two operations in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,P=0.000 < 0.05.5.the wound healing time of the treatment group after the first operation was longer than that of the control group,P=0.000 < 0.05.6.the wound healing in the treatment group was slower than that in the control group at the first hospitalization, and the P value of the two times was less than 0.05.Conclusion:1.incision and drainage and incision and drainage can be used to treat the infantile perianal abscess, but the clinical effect of incision and hanging on the perianal abscess is superior to that of incision and drainage, the total effective rate is 100%,the recovery rate is 93.94%,the total effective rate of incision and drainage is 96.97%,and the recovery rate is 78.79%.2.the recurrence rate of incision and thread drawing therapy for infants with perianal abscess was 3.03%,significantly lower than that of incision and drainage for the treatment of perianal abscess in children. The recurrence rate was 90.91%.3.incision and drainage for the first time, the wound healed faster.Compared with the first incision, the wound healed slowly. But in the two operation time, incision and thread drawing is much shorter than incision and drainage. The surgical treatment of perianal abscess in infants and young children reduces the probability of two operations, shortens the total time of treatment and reduces the psychological burden and economic burden of infants and parents.
