Purpose:To explore the correlation between TCM syndromes and blood lipids and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, and to seek objective quantitative indicators for the angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Material and method:Selected 143 patients from December 2015 to January 1818 in the Department of Cardiology at the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for diagnosis of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, the oldest is 87 years old and the youngest is 41 years old.The average age is 63.66±10.21 years old, including 78 females and 65 males.Through the form of clinical questionnaires, the patient’s medical history was recorded, and the height, weight, and other information of the patient was collected to calculate the body mass index. The indexes of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,Lp(a),ApoA1,ApoB,and CRP were measured. Finally, the two doctors at the attending TCM level or above performed the dialectical classification of patients according to the diagnostic criteria. They were divided into the group of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm and heart medulre,Qi and Yin deficiency groups, and yang deficiency. There were 5 syndrome groups in the failure group. All data were processed and analyzed with SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software, with P<0.05 as statistically significant and P<0.01 as significant statistical significance. Results: 1.The levels of TC,LDL-C and ApoB in patients with coronary heart disease and heart arrest syndrome were significantly higher than those in other syndromes(P<0.01).The level of TG in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was lower than that of phlegm resistance and yang deficiency syndrome. The level of Lp(a)in patients with deficiency of qi and yin was higher than that of yang deficiency, which had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in CRP between coronary heart disease angina pectoris(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.High levels of TC,LDL-C and ApoB in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.2.There was no significant difference in CRP levels between TCM syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
