Observation On The Curative Effect Of Xuebijing Injection In The Treatment Of Postoperative Cerebral Contusion And Laceration Combined With SIRS Phlegm-heat And Stasis

Purpose: The retrospective analysis of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of cerebral contusion and laceration with sirs stage,which syndrome type was the phlegm heat and blood stasis.Material and method:42 patients with sirs after cerebral contusion and laceration were collected in the Department of Neurosurgery of General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region during May 2010-December 2016 by using retrospective analysis method.The TCM diagnosis was internal injuries of head.Syndrome type of TCM was that phlegm heat and blood stasis.The operation mode was that eliminating brain tissue in contusion、laceration and hematoma of the brain.All patients returned to the ICU of neurosurgery after the operation.21 patients treated with simple western medicine after the operation as the control group.Specific treatments include oxygen inhalation,airway patency,decompression window nursing,nutritional support,giving antibacterial agents,supplementing fluids,dehydrating drugs,expectorant,preventing upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and preventing seizures,etc.21 patients of Xuebijing injection were given as treatment group under the condition of control group after 48 hours.To observe the change of Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score、intracranial pressure(ICP)by lumbar puncture 、serum IL-6 、the observation indexes of sirs and TCM syndrome quantification score of craniocerebral injury after 14 days of treatment.Results: 1.The GCS score of the two groups of patients:The GCS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There were significant differences in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The ICP situation in the two groups of patients: The reduction of ICP in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.There were significant differences in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Serum IL-6 content in two groups of patients:The serum IL-6 level of the treatmen t group was lower than that of the control group.There were significant differences i n the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Quantitative score of TCM syndrome in two groups of patients of craniocerebral injury:The treatment group patients with craniocerebral injury TCM syndrome quantification score improved better than the control group.There were significant differences in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).5.The SIRS observation index of the two groups of patients:The treatment group could significantly reduced the patient’s white blood cells,improved body temperature and heart rate,the effect was better than the control group.There were significant differences in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment for the cerebral contusion and laceration with sirs,the combination of Xuebijing injection can improve GCS score,reduce intracranial pressure,reduce serum IL-6 、improve sirs and improve TCM syndrome score of craniocerebral injury.The therapeutic effect is remarkable.It is worth further promotion in clinical treatment.
