Professor Zhang Xiaodong's Experience In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea And Medication Rules

Objective:To summarize the medication rules and clinical experience of Professor Zhang Xiaodong in the treatment of painful menstruation through the software of "Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5)",and provide reference and reference for clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea.Methods:From January 2017 to March 2019,the medical records of primary dysmenorrhea diagnosed by the tutor were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The database was established using Microsoft Excel 2007,and the use of "Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5)" software analyzes and mines the medication rules used by the instructor to treat dysmenorrhea.Results: A total of 45 medical cases were included.The average age of the patients was29.91±8.63 years.The statistics showed that the instructor used traditional Chinese medicine to treat dysmenorrhea with a total of 62 flavors during this period.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency greater than or equal to 9 times totaled 17 flavors,according to the total frequency.High to low,the top ten are: Corydalis(45),Puhuang(41),Wulingzhi(41),Zhigancao(41),Morinda(37),Cannon(37),psoralen(36),cinnamon(36),Chuanxiong(33),and angelica(32).The traditional Chinese medicines involved in 15 categories include blood circulation and phlegm medicine,Wenli medicine,tonic medicine,hemostatic medicine and qi medicine.The traditional Chinese medicines use the most warm drugs,the flat drugs and the cold drugs are used less,and the heat drugs are used the least.The medicinal taste is more used with pungent,bitter and sweet medicines,less salty and sour,and the least used.The order of the meridians of the drugs is: liver,spleen,heart,kidney,stomach,pericardium,gallbladder,bladder,lung,small intestine.Conclusion: According to the clinical summary,the instructor believes that the clinical evidence of cold coagulation syndrome is the most common.On the basis of treatment,the instructor based on the summary of the famous experience,self-made "Wenjing Zhitong Decoction",to treat the Dafa with warm blood,phlegm and pain,and to treat the different syndromes,to exercise the qi,to reduce the vomiting and solid Intestinal diarrhea,nourishing yin and nourishing blood,etc.,the drugs used are mainly the nature of Xin Wen,and pay attention to warming the spleen and kidney,regulating the balance of qi and blood yin and yang,the clinical effect is ideal.
