Literature Study On The Application Of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction In Dermatology

Objective: To organize the clinical literature on the treatment of dermatological diseases with Rhinoceros Decoction in the past 20 years,and to analyze and evaluate the quality of the dermatology,and to further explore the application scope and characteristics of the dermatology in the dermatology,and provide some benefits for clinical application.Learning.Methods: In the database of China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,Weipu Science and Technology Journal Database,etc.,the high-level search was carried out with the rhinoceros radix rehmanniae as the abstract word.The limited time was from 1999 to 2018,and all the clinical literatures of Rhinoceros sinensis were obtained.The clinical literature on the treatment of dermatological diseases.Analyze and summarize the application range of Rhinoceros Decoction in dermatology,treatment of dermatological diseases,efficacy,usage,safety and follow-up.And the quality of the literature is assessed.Results: Of the 52 articles selected,37 RCT studies,31 studies had a moderate degree of bias,and 6 studies were highly biased.The Jadad scale scored: 3 5 points,34 points,3 3 points,17 2 points,11 1 point;a total of more than 10 kinds of common dermatological diseases,to treat psoriasis vulgaris,allergic purpura,lupus erythematosus and other outstanding effects.The effective rate of rheumatism alone is70%~97.7%.It is more widely combined with other drugs or topical methods,and the curative effect is better.The effective rate is 75%-100%.The dosage is affected by geographical location,weather,patient system and disease,and the frequency is more uniform.The course of the disease is common from 3 weeks to 8 weeks.Adverse reactions mainly manifested as mild vomiting,upper abdominal discomfort and mild diarrhea and other gastrointestinal reactions and dry skin,dizziness and drowsiness.The incidence rates were 2.5%-18.18% and 5%-6.25%,7.69%,respectively.Conclusion:Rhinoceros Rehmanniae Decoction is widely used in dermatology and can be used to treat more than 10 kinds of diseases such as psoriasis vulgaris,allergic purpura and hemorrhoids.The main pathogens are blood heat,blood stasis and blood dryness,among which blood heat syndrome is the most.Rhizoma Dihuang Decoction is effective in treating dermatological diseases with a high effective rate.Good efficacy can be achieved by using it alone or in combination with it or a topical medicine.There are many indications,addition and subtraction with the disease,small side effects,high safety and good application prospects.
