Purpose:To clarify the clinical effect of different acupuncture methods on Bell’s paralysis by stages. The focus of the study is mainly on the standardization of clinical technical operation and the evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect. To further optimize and improve the clinical treatment of Bell’s palsy,we hope to provide reliable clinical data for the clinical treatment of Bell’s palsy and provide reliable basis for future development.Materials and method:In the inpatient department and outpatient department of Jianchang Rehabilitation Hospital from September 2017 to December 2018,60 Bell Palsy patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were selected.According to the randomized grouping method, the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with the same basic treatment of Western medicine and decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. The experimental group was treated with different acupuncture techniques at different stages, while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture at different stages. The course of treatment is set as 10 days and one course of treatment. Both groups are set as 2courses of treatment, that is,20 days of treatment. After the first 10 days of treatment, patients are given 2 days of rest and then continue treatment.House-Brackmann facial nerve rating standard(H-B classification standard)and House-Brackmann symptoms and signs scale score standard(H-B symptoms and signs scale score standard)were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment, and the effect of the two groups after treatment was compared.SPSS Statistics 24.0 software was used to process the statistics during the period.Results:1.Comparisons of age, sex, course of disease and other general data between the two groups were P > 0.05,indicating comparability.House-Brackmann facial nerve grading and House-Brackmann scale were compared between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that there was comparability between the two groups.2.After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.33% in the experimental group and 86.67%in the control group. The comparison between the two groups was P < 0.05.3.House-Brackmann facial nerve grading and House-Brackmann scale score: H-B grading before, after and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group,P < 0.05;H-B score before, after and after treatment in the two groups, most of the symptoms and signs score,P < 0.05.Conclusion:1.Different stages of acupuncture manipulation and conventional acupuncture treatment have therapeutic effects on Bell’s facial paralysis.2.The improvement of facial nerve function by different stages of acupuncture manipulation is better than that by conventional acupuncture.3..The treatment of frontal muscle movement, eyelid movement, nasolabial groove, angular deviation of mouth, air leakage of the drum and parotid region, ear pain by stages with different acupuncture manipulations is superior to that with conventional acupuncture.
