Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Clinical Pharmacy Services In L Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Liaoning Province

With the continuous improvement of living standards,people’s demand for their own health is also increasing.Therefore,clinical pharmacy service has been paid more and more attention.After learning from the experience and lessons in the development of clinical pharmaceutical services in foreign countries,China began to popularize the clinical pharmaceutical service model of medical institutions on a large scale.L hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of liaoning province,as a famous third-grade a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in the province,its clinical pharmacy service has certain representativeness and typical significance.Through the research,we can actively explore the new mode of clinical pharmaceutical services,improve the pharmaceutical management system,so that patients more safe,effective and economical to receive drug treatment.Purpose: this article through to the L hospital in liaoning province of the investigation of the status quo of the clinical pharmacy service,the pharmaceutical department daily work and medical staff and patients on the investigation and analysis of clinical pharmacy service feedback,and to research and analyze the L hospital clinical pharmacy services in liaoning province,find out the advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward countermeasures for the problems.It is hoped that it can promote the development of clinical pharmacy service in L traditional Chinese medicine hospital of liaoning province,and truly provide effective help to improve the quality of clinical pharmacy service,so as to provide better services for patients.Material and method: in this paper,using literature study,questionnaire,interview method and other methods,in the L hospital clinical pharmacy services to carry out the situation of liaoning province as the research object,through a large number of literature,the pharmaceutical department manager interview,the pharmaceutical department staff,clinical medical staff and patients,respectively,the questionnaire survey to finally a detailed analysis for the data from investigation.Results: L hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in liaoning province has a basic scale of clinical pharmacists,but its age structure is younger,with less experience,poor servicetargeting,no resultant clinical treatment,and lag in drug education and drug use monitoring.The supporting facilities of clinical pharmacy service system are already available,but they have not been improved to keep up with the changes of social environment and national policies.The performance assessment system of clinical pharmacy personnel has not been integrated with the reward and punishment system.It has the basic software and hardware of pharmaceutical service,but the equipment is old and needs to be updated.Clinical pharmaceutical research is not closely related to daily clinical activities.Conclusion: at present,there is still great room for improvement in the development of clinical pharmacy services in L hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in liaoning province.Therefore,multiple aspects should be considered to increase the investment in clinical pharmaceutical services and improve the overall quality.It is suggested that liaoning L hospital of traditional Chinese medicine perfect the working mechanism of clinical pharmacy service,increase resource investment,strengthen the construction of clinical pharmacists,attach importance to the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and improve the level of clinical pharmacy service.
