Instructor Professor Chen Ying's Experience In Treating Metrorrhagia With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Purpose: Professor Chen Ying has been engaged in gynecological clinical work for more than 30 years.Summarizing the previous treatment ideas and years of clinical experience,she has unique features in the treatment of metrorrhagia due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.During the three years of consultation with the tutor,the clinical cases of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis treated by the tutor were collected and summarized,and the experience of the tutor in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis was summarized.Through clinical observation of 45 cases of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the recent hemostatic effect and the change of TCM syndrome integral and the effect of regulating menstruation after one course of treatment were analyzed,and the effectiveness of tutor’s treatment method was verified.It can be popularized to clinical practice and has guiding significance.Methods: By incorporating and excluding criteria,45 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were collected from gynecological clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to December 2018.The short-term hemostatic effect and the change of TCM syndrome integral and the effect of regulating menstruation after one course of treatment were observed by self-control.Results:1.Short-term hemostatic effect: 45 cases,10 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was93.33%.2.Comparisons of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment: 45 cases,5 cases dropped out,before treatment,TCM syndrome scores were 19.08 6.98,after treatment,6.685.34,after treatment,the score decreased significantly,using rank sum test,P < 0.01,there was significant difference,3.The effect of regulating menstruation: 45 cases,5 cases of abscission,9 cases of recovery,13 cases of marked effect,14 cases of effective,4 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.00%.4.45 patients had no systemic or local adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:1.According to my tutor,patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are the most common ones.Based on years of clinical experience,I believe that the syndrome of "qi deficiency as the basis,blood stasis as the standard" is a syndrome with deficiency and solid inclusion..2.In the bleeding stage,we should make good use of the general treatment of Tongyin to stop its flow,use the drugs of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis to remove the blood stasis in the body,and then take Yiqi Guchong Decoction to stop the flow and clear the source.After hemostasis,the tutor restores the original and establishes the normal menstrual cycle with the method of invigorating the kidney and spleen,nourishing blood and regulating menstruation through the holistic concept and differentiation of symptoms and signs.My tutor often advise patients to take medicine at the same time should pay attention to the regulation of mood,work and rest regularity,to prevent the recurrence of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.3.Clinical observation has proved that the therapeutical method of the tutor has remarkable effect on hemostasis,menstruation and improvement of systemic symptoms in patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.This method is safe and reliable,and the patients do not have adverse reactions.It gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis and has certain guiding significance for clinical practice.
