| Purpose:To compare the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and conventional oral medicine in the treatment of central hiccup after acute cerebral infarction.Material and method:This study selected between January 2016 and December 2018,in the Chinese army during the people’s liberation army general hospital in northern war zone of 60 cases of acute brain stem infarction patients with central hiccups as the research object, and USES the research method of randomized, controlled in accordance with the proportion of 1:1 will be divided into the acupuncture group and drug group, drug group adopted in patients with oral drug therapy, acupuncture group patients adopted the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment. The baseline data, hiccup score, duration of hiccup and the cure rate of complicated brain-stomach syndrome of the two groups were compared and analyzed by independent sample t test or chi-square test.Results:1.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups, including gender, age, history of hypertension, history of cerebral infarction, history of gastric ulcer,NIHSS score on admission, number of patients with cerebrogastric syndrome, and hiccup score before treatment(P>0.05).2.In terms of therapeutic effect, compared with the drug treatment group, the hiccup score of patients receiving acupuncture treatment was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the change of hiccup score before and after acupuncture treatment was significantly higher than that of the drug group(P<0.01).3.Compared with the drug treatment group, the cure rate of the acupuncture group for brain-stomach syndrome was significantly increased(P<0.01).4.Compared with the drug group, the duration of hiccup in the acupuncture group was significantly shortened within 7 days after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.For the patients with hiccup after acute posterior circulation ischemia, acupuncture therapy improved hiccup symptoms more significantly than oral drug therapy.2.Compared with oral drug therapy, acupuncture treatment has a higher cure rate of brain-stomach syndrome in patients with hiccup complicated by acute posterior circulationischemia, and has a better clinical application prospect. |
