| Purpose:The traditional meta-analysis method was used to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Method:The computer was used to comprehensively search CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wanfang Database,Pub Med,RCTs of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy were collected domestic and foreign from the establishment of library to December 2018.When processing the result data,Revman 5.3 is used to process the data of traditional Meta-analysis,and then the analysis results are summarized and discussed.Results: A total of 25 literature studies were included,including 1979 subjects.The results showed that Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with basic treatment had better curative effect on diabetic nephropathy than basic treatment alone,and had statistical significance: 24 h urinary protein quantitative results: combined effect amount:-0.93,95%CI:(-1.41,0.46),P=0.0001;UAER results: combined effect amount:-1.14,95%CI:(-1.82,-0.46),P=0.001;BUN results: combined effect amount:-1.05,95%CI:(-1.55,-0.55),P<0.0001;SCr results: combined effects:-1.43,95%CI:(-1.95,-0.92),P<0.00001;TC results: combined effects:-1.16,95%CI:(-1.73,-0.59),P<0.0001;TG results: combined effects:-0.43,95%CI:(-0.63,-0.24),P<0.0001;FPG results: combined effects:-0.87,95%CI:(-1.37,-038),P=0.0006.Hb A1 c results: combined effects:-0.79,95%CI:(-1.30,-0.28),P=0.003;The inverted funnel plot showed asymmetric distribution with FPG as an example,suggesting that there may be publication bias in the included studies.Conclusion: Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with basic treatment in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve 24-hour urinary protein quantification,UAER,BUN,SCr,TC,TG,FPG,Hba1 c levels,improve the total effective rate,the effect is better than that of basic treatment alone. |
