| Objective: On the basis of the application of tibial transverse bone transfer technology,combined with Taohong Siwu liquid intragastric treatment,and then observe the effect of them on vascular regeneration of DFU in rabbits.Methods: Forty New Zealand white rabbits,half male and half female,aged from 5 to 6 months,were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the random number table.After the establishment of DFU model,tibial osteotomy was performed on rabbits in the 2nd group and the 4th group,On the 5th day after operation,rotate the screw device on the external fixation bracket to move the bone block slowly at the speed of 0.5mm per day(5 times per day),move outward for 7days,and move back for 7 days;the 3rd group and the 4th group were given Taohong Siwu liquid,and the 1st group was given intragastric administration of normal saline twice a day for 2 weeks.CTA technique was used to observe the changes of blood vessels before and after tibial transverse bone transfer and / or gastric perfusion;measure the temperature of ulcer surface before and after treatment in each group.Results: The number of blood vessels :1.There was no significant difference in the number of blood vessels in each group before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparabl e;2.Comparison between groups: compared with before treatment,the number of vascular regeneration in the 2nd group and the 3rd group was significantly higher than that in the 1st group(P<0.01),the 2nd group was higher than that in the 3rd group(P<0.05),and the 4th group was significantly higher than that in the 2nd group(P<0.01);3.Comparison within the group: there was no significant difference in the number of blood vessels before and after treatment in the 1st group,and the number of blood vessels after treatment in other groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment.The temperature of ulcer surface: 1.There was no significant difference in the temperature of ulcer surface in each group before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparabl e;2.Comparison between groups: compared with before treatment,the temperature of ulcer surface in the 2nd group and the 3rd group was significantly higher than that in the 1st group(P<0.01),the 2nd group was higher than that in the 3rd group(P<0.05),and the 4th group was significantly higher than that in the 2nd group(P<0.01);3.Comparison within the group:there was no significant difference in the temperature of ulcer surface before and after treatment in the 1st group,and the temperature of ulcer surface after treatment in other groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment.Conclusion: The transverse tibial bone transfer technique combined with Taohong Siwu liquid can effectively promote the vascular regeneration of DFU in ra bbits,which is beneficial to the repair of ulcer surface. |
