Objective:This study mainly compared with the Western medicine group to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi qingre rescription in treating reflux esophagitis with spleen deficiency and dampness heat syndrome,with a view to providing safer and more effective treatment for reflux esophagitis(spleen deficiency dampness-heat syndrome)methodsMethods:This clinical collected clinically 60 inpatients and outpatients of reflux esophagitis who met the inclusion criteria.all patients were from December 2018~November 2019 department of spleen,gastroenterology and liver diseases of Hunan academy or traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital.According to the order,they were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 cases each.The control group was given Rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules for 8 weeks.The treatment group was given Jianpi qingre prescription for 8 weeks.Observe theefficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:Among the 28 patients in the treatment group,3 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 8 9.28%;Among the 29 patients in the control group,1 was cured,6 were markedly effective,17were effective,and 5 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 82.75%.The treatment group was better than the control group in the total score of TCM syndromes,the efficacy score of gastroscopy,and the improvement of symptoms such as acid reflux,fullness,epigastric burning,unwanted diet,and stool stagnation(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group in clinical comprehensive efficacy,gastroscopy efficacy score,and improvement of chest tightness and fatigue is similar to that in the control group(P<0.05)there were no toxic side effects during the medicationConclusion:Jianpiqingre prescription can obviously reduce the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis,improve the damage of esophageal mucosa under gastroscopy and there are no obvious adverse reactions,which is safe and effective.
