| Objective: Through randomized and controlled trials,observe the clinical efficacy of "Guanxin Tongmai Capsule" in the treatment of patients with stable coronary heart disease and preserve the ejection fraction of heart failure.Heart failure provides an effective treatment.Methods: The 60 selected patients with stable coronary heart disease ejection fraction retention heart failure were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with the same basic Western medicine treatment.The treatment group added Guanxin Tongmai Capsule to the basic Western medicine treatment for 8 weeks.Observe the two groups before and after the treatment of heart function grading,heart failure efficacy,Lee's heart failure score,TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome score,6-minute walking distance,NT-pro BNP,E/e'<and other therapeutic indicators and blood,urine,Three routine stools and safety indicators such as liver function,kidney function,blood sugar,blood lipids,and electrolytes were used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:1.Heart function comparison: The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Comparison of curative effect of heart failure: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was60.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;3.Heart failure score comparison: the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group;4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 86.7%.The difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group;5.TCM syndrome score comparison: the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group;6.Comparison of 6-minute walking test: the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group;7.NT-pro BNP comparison: the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group;8.Left ventricular diastolic function E/ e ': the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group is superior to the control group;Conclusion: Guanxin Tongmai Capsule has a definite clinical effect on patients with heart failure due to syndromes of deficiency of qi and yin and cardiopulmonary stasis syndrome.It is mainly manifested in effective improvement of patients' cardiac function,TCM syndrome,and 6-minute walk.Trials,NT-pro BNP,left ventricular diastolic function and clinical medication safety. |
