Clinical Observation Of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction In Treating Necrotizing Fasciitis After Debridement

Objective:Clinical study was conducted to observe the clinical curative effect of traditional prescription hornhorn dihuang decoction in the treatment of heat toxicity and heat burning necrotizing fasciitis.Methods: Using the randomized method,parallel control scheme design,will meet the inclusion criteria of 31 patients with necrotizing fasciitis,16 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in 15 cases.On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group continued to take rhino horn dihuang decoction orally for 5 days from the first day after surgery,and the control group received routine treatment after surgery.The leucocyte levels and c-reactive protein levels on day 1,day 3,day 5 and day 7 after surgery,wound exudation on day 3,day 5and day 7 after surgery,wound pain,wound redness and regression on day 5 and day 7after surgery,and total efficacy score on day 7 after surgery were observed.Results:Selected cases in gender,age,APACHE II score and general data,such as the preoperative laboratory results no statistical difference(P > 0.05).Treatment group 5days after surgery,7 days leucocyte level,the degree of pain,wound exudate and 7days after the wound inflammation subsidise conditions were better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Treatment group 3days,5 days after surgery,7 days of c-reactive protein level was lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Two groups in postoperative 3 days leucocyte level,wound exudate score and 5 days after the wound inflammation condition of no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Treatment group 7days after surgery the total curative effect is better than that of control group,difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion : Oral administration of rhino horn dihuang decoction after surgery can effectively shorten the inflammatory reaction time and improve the therapeutic effect.At the same time,it can also relieve the psychological and economic pressure of patients and their families,and it is of great significance to reduce the social burden.1.Rhino horn dihuang decoction orally reduced the level of white blood cells and c-reactive protein in patients after surgery,and maintained at the normal level;2.Rhino horn dihuang decoction orally has obvious effects on relieving postoperative pain and reducing wound exudation;3.Rhino horn dihuang decoction orally helps to relieve postoperative wound swelling;4.The total curative effect of rhino horn dihuang decoction orally on patients 7 days after the operation was better than that of the control group.
