Effect Of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction On Yin Deficiency And Sweat Syndrome And True Cholinesterase In SD Rats

Objective:Through the experimental study on the effect of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction on the rat model of yin deficiency and sweat syndrome and serum cholinesterase,the efficacy,safety and mechanism of action of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in the treatment of yin deficiency and sweat syndrome are clarified,which provides experimental basis for clinical application.Methods:48 SD rats were divided into 6 groups,8 rats in each group,including normal blank group,model group,atropine hydrochloride group,Danggui Liuhuang Decoction low,medium and high dose group.First,the rat model of yin deficiency and perspiration syndrome was established by continuous intragastric administration of thyroxine suspension for 30 days.After 2 weeks of continuous administration,blood samples were collected from abdominal aorta of rats to separate serum and take rat plantar skin.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect serum and he staining of plantar sweat glands was used for histological examination.Results:1.Compared the weight and sweat point count of the model group rats before and after the establishment of the model,the weight of the model group rats lost(P < 0.05),the sweat point increased significantly(P < 0.01),and the symptoms related to yin deficiency sweat syndrome appeared,indicating that the model was successfully prepared.2.Compared with the model group,the middle and high dose Danggui Liuhuang decoction can reduce the secretion of sweat gland cells in the rat foot,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),suggesting that Danggui Liuhuang decoction has the effect of nourishing yin and stopping sweating;3.Compared with the model group,the middle and high dose Danggui Liuhuang decoction can inhibit the secretion of serum cholinesterase,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01,P < 0.01),It is suggested that Danggui Liuhuang decoction may inhibit the activity of serum cholinesterase and exert antiperspirant effect.Conclusion:1.Danggui Liuhuang decoction can reduce the secretion of sweat gland cells on the sole of the foot with antiperspirant effect;2.Danggui Liuhuang decoction can inhibit the secretion of serum cholinesterase,suggesting that Danggui Liuhuang decoction may play the role of antiperspirant by reducing serum cholinesterase.
