| Objective:To explore the clinical observation of Qili San and Wuling San on postoperative swelling and pain of knee osteoarthritis arthroscopy,and to provide the basis for TCM treatment of postoperative swelling and pain of knee osteoarthritis arthroscopy.Methods:All the 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis after arth swelling and pain were collected from 60 cases of bone-one and bone-five wards of hunan provincial direct chinese medicine hospital from february 2018 to december 2019.30 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and 30 cases in control group.There were30 cases of knee joint operation in 63 years,including 18 cases of left knee,12 cases of right knee,x grade of knee bone joint: II degree 17 cases,III degree 13 cases,using traditional Chinese medicine Routine treatment.control group :14 males,16 females,age 43-71 years,mean age :60.2 years,course :1-7 years,mean 5.28 years,knee surgery 30 cases,including left knee 17 cases,right knee 13 cases,knee osteoarthritis x line grading: II degree 16 cases,III degree 14 cases,routine aescinate sodium intravenous drip treatment.The knee joint swelling and VAS score were recorded before and after treatment at 9:00am,and the set P<0.05 was statistically significant P<0.01 was significant.The significance of accounting.Results:There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,VAS score before treatment and swelling value of knee joint before treatment(P>0.05).The swelling value of knee joint before treatment and 7 days after treatment in:(45.287±0.495)mm、(10.410±1.225)mm,VAS score was :(7.267,0.583),(0.700,(0.700±0.534),the contrast was significant(P>0.05),indicating that the test group was effective in relieving swelling and pain of knee joint.The swelling values of knee joint before and7 days after treatment were as follows:(45.417±0.678)mm、(26.133±1.265)The mm,VAS scores were :(7.066±0.691),(0.700±0.534),respectively.The experimental group was superior to the control group in relieving swelling and pain of knee joint.Conclusion:Qili San combined with Wuling Powder has curative effect on swelling and pain relief after arthroscopic operation of knee osteoarthritis,and is superior to intravenous drip of sodium aescinate. |
