Clinical Observation Of Jieyu Anshen Decoction In Treating Chronic Insomnia With Stagnation Of Liver Qi

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of Jieyu Anshen Decoction in the treatment of chronic insomnia with stagnation of liver qi.Methods:60 patients were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprazolam tablets,while the observation group was treated with Jieyu Anshen Decoction for 4 weeks.To evaluate the clinical effect of Jieyu Anshen Decoction in the treatment of chronic insomnia with stagnation of liver qi.Results:1.By statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age and course of disease(P > 0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(PSQI)score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Jieyu Anshen Decoction has definite therapeutic effect on chronic insomnia with stagnation of liver qi,and has no adverse reactions.It can be further studied and popularized.
