Clinical Observation Of Erchen Sanzi Decoction In Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Acute Exacerbation Stage With Phlegm Turbidity Obstructing Lung Syndrome

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of modified Erchen Sanzi Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods: According to the principle of random distribution,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group;the control group was treated with western medicine alone;the observation group was treated with Erchen Sanzi Decoction on the basis of the control group,with a course of 10 days,Observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,CAT score,FEV1%perd and blood gas analysis index of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.basic data: there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,CAT score,FEV1%perd and blood gas analysis between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment: after treatment,the indexes of the two groups are better than before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome integral indexes in the observation group are significantly smaller than that in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of CAT score before and after treatment: after treatment,the two groups were better than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the CAT score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of lung function before and after treatment: after treatment,the indexes of the two groups were better than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after treatment,the indexes of the observation group were greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Blood gas analysis before and after treatment: after treatment,the indexes of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after treatment,the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: in the acute exacerbation stage of COPD,the combination of Erchen Sanzi Decoction and traditional western medicine can improve the clinical effect.
