Research On Propaganda Of Hydatid Disease Prevention And Control In Tibetan Areas Of Sichuan From The Perspective Of Organizational Communication

Hydatidosis is called "insect cancer" or "second cancer".The World Organization for Animal Health(OIE)lists hydatidosis as a globally notified infectious disease,and China is one of the countries with the most severe epidemic disease.Hydatidosis is listed as one of the five major parasitic diseases in the "Outline of Healthy China 2030 Plan".The disease has been seriously endangering the health of farmers and herdsmen worldwide,affecting public health safety,environmental safety and the development of animal husbandry.One of the main causes of poverty and return to poverty due to illness.In China,the epidemic range involves 23 provinces and regions,mainly distributed in western pastoral areas and semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas,with nearly 60 million people mainly affected.Up to 30% of the patients are from Shiqu County,which is a key infection area in my country.In this study,the government and herdsmen of Derongma Township,Shiqu County,a demonstration site of echinococcosis,were used as the research objects.The methods of in-depth interviews and questionnaires were used to understand the current status of echinococcosis prevention and propaganda and the farmers’ A total of 219 valid questionnaires were collected regarding the awareness rate of pest control knowledge.The results showed that the awareness rate of hydatid disease among herdsmen in Derongma Township reached 99.5%,which was higher than the target requirements proposed in the "National Hydatidosis and Other Key Parasitic Diseases Prevention and Control Plan(2016-2020)".Low,there is still much room for improvement in prevention and treatment of cognitive and behavioral habits.As the main force for hydatid disease prevention and propaganda,the government should train professionals for hydatid disease prevention and propaganda,strengthen the use of integrated media centers,develop differentiated propaganda strategies for different target audiences,and enhance public awareness of public safety and mutual rescue capabilities.Create a broad participation atmosphere for echinococcosis control.
