Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Onset Ovarian Insufficiency With The Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression With Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Purpose:Through the observation of the clinical curative effect difference between the combination of Chinese and Western medicine and acupuncture of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of early-onset ovarian dysfunction of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,we can provide theoretical basis and treatment method for the treatment of early-onset ovarian dysfunction.Methods: From September 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with early-onset ovarian dysfunction who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group and drug group,30 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was treated with oral Bushen Shugan anti-aging formula,fenmutong combined with acupuncture.The drug group was treated with oral Bushen Shugan anti-aging formula and fenmutong only,One course of continuous treatment lasted for 3 months.Before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the changes of serum FSH,LH,E2 and AMH levels,the TCM syndrome efficacy and the efficacy of sex hormone FSH were observed,and the safety was evaluated.Results: 1.TCM syndrome score: the total score of TCM syndrome in acupuncture and medicine group was improved before and after treatment,and the analysis results were statistically significant(P<0.05),and after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in acupuncture and medicine group was significantly lower than that in medicine group(P<0.05).The acupuncture group was better than the drug group in improving depression,irritability,costal pain and insomnia(P < 0.05).2.Serum hormone(FSH,LH,E2 and AMH): compared with before and after treatment,the hormone FSH and LH decreased and E2 increased in the acupuncture group and the drug group,the analysis results were statistically significant(P<0.05),and after treatment,the acupuncture group was superior to the drug group in reducing serum FSH level and increasing serum 2 level(P < 0.05),and the effect in reducing serum LH level was equivalent(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in AMH(P>0.05).3.Curative effect of TCM syndrome in treatment group: after treatment,the total effective rate of acupuncture and medicine group was 93.33%,and that of medicine group was 83.33%,which indicated that acupuncture and medicine group was better in alleviating TCM syndrome(P<0.05).4.Effect of sex hormone FSH: after treatment,the total effective rate of acupuncture and medicine group was 90%,and the total effective rate of medicine group was 76.67%,indicating that acupuncture and medicine group was better in reducing serum FSH(P<0.05).Conclusion: Drugs combined with acupuncture and drugs are effective in the treatment of early-onset ovarian dysfunction of kidney deficiency and liver depression,but in the relief of TCM symptoms such as depression or irritability,costal pain and insomnia,increasing E2 level,reducing FSH level,the effect of acupuncture combined with drugs is more prominent.
