Analysis Of Related Factors Of Children's Allergic Cough And Evaluation Of The Curative Effect Of Sangpimin Kefang In Intervention Of Wind Phlegm And Lung Syndrome

Purpose:By collecting and sorting out the clinical data of professor wang xuefeng’s outpatient treatment of allergic cough,and then using data mining to analyze the characteristics of the relevant data of children with allergic cough,and observing and analyzing the tutor’s theory and efficacy of using traditional Chinese medicine to treat this disease.In order to summarize and promote my teacher’s academic thought,for the clinical treatment of children with allergic cough to provide a scientific basis and new ideas.Material and method:According to the related literature survey and mentor to discuss from the registration form,July 2016 to October 2019 in Professor Wang Xuefeng’s clinic in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine of 312 cases children with allergic cough are collected,through the way of fill in information registration,record the patient’s general condition,medical history,symptoms,physical sign and prescription medication use Excel 2013 cases of collecting information into the database,using SPSS 24.0 statistical software for data Statistics and analysis,To observe the clinical efficacy.At the same time,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of sampidine cough prescription in the treatment of Wind phlegm fu lung syndrome.Results:1.The age of allergic cough in children was early school age(3-6 years old),with 224 cases(71.79%).The course of initial treatment was 1-3 months,with 139 cases(44.55%).2.Among the 312 children with allergic cough,the most common history of the first disease was eczema,with a total of 204 cases(65.38%).Most of the previous cases were recurrent anaphylaxis-infection(135 cases(43.27%)).Mycoplasma pneumoniae is the main infectious agent.3.Among the 312 children with allergic cough,224(71.79%)were found to be positive for one or more allergens.Animal proteins and dust mites were the main allergens.4.The main symptoms,secondary symptoms and physical signs of children with allergic cough syndrome were significantly improved with the effective rate of 95.00% by useing sang pi min ke fang.Conclusion:1.Children with allergic cough tend to be in the early stage of school age,and the incidence of anaphylactic cough decreases with age;Children with allergic cough had eczema as their first symptom and had a history of repeated allergic-infection;Children with allergic cough are often sensitized by mixed allergens,among which animal proteins and dust mites are the main allergens.2.My tutor first proposed the theory of "lung wind" to enrich the clinical treatment of children’s allergic cough,who designed the sang pi min ke fang to intervene in children’s allergic cough,providing ideas for clinical treatment.
