| Purpose:Using Men who have Sex with Men(MSM)AIDS patients as a carrier,through a comparative study of the infrared temperature change of Beishu,as well as the changes of infrared temperature and serum HIV viral load and CD4~+T lymphocyte count Related research to explore the feasibility of infrared temperature changes at Beishu points reflecting the effects of AIDS patients,and to provide new biomedical evidence for demonstrating the scientific use of specific points and other related theories to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture.Material and method:The subjects of the experiment came from NGOs(Shenyang Aid Social Work Service Center)and recruited 48 male patients of MSM who met the diagnostic criteria of AIDS(Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome,AIDS).There were 16 cases in the non-medication group and 32 cases in the medication group.In addition,25 male healthy volunteers from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and all patients with disease at the current stage were excluded,and there were no symptoms of fever and skin infection.Use ATIR-M301 medical infrared thermal imaging instrument produced by Chongqing Weilian Technology Co.,Ltd.(provided by Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Tuina).Under the condition that the indoor temperature is constant at 25 ° C and the humidity is and Location of Acupoint" and the 2006 People’s Republic of China Standard Measurement The meridian map in the meridian standard program issued by the bureau selected 41 temperature measurement points,which were 40 points for the back bladder meridian on both sides of the first lateral line and Dazhui points.The temperature measurement of acupoints adopts the computer analysis and measurement software that comes with the medical infrared thermal imaging instrument system.The temperature width of the infrared thermal imaging system is set to 12.8.In the automatic working state,the infrared temperature of the acupuncture points is collected by the method of point temperature measurement.The recorded data is summarized into an Excel table as the original database,and the infrared relative temperature(acupoint temperature/maize temperature)of each temperature measurement point is calculated to complete the subsequent statistical analysis of the data.All data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software,and the mean value was expressed as mean±standard deviation(X±s).The mean value comparison within the group used independent sample t test,and the mean value point is positively correlated with the human immune index CD4~+,and the correlation coefficient r value of Geshu,Livershu,Danshu,and Spleen Shu is significantly tested,P<0.05;(2)The infrared temperature change of the back temperature measurement point is negatively correlated with the HIV DNA viral load: the significance test of the correlation coefficient r value of Dachangshu and Bladder Shu in the lumbosacral temperature measurement point,P<0.05.3.Hierarchical grouping statistical analysis results(1)Analysis results of disease status in different groups(mean paired T test between groups): statistical analysis of the mean value of HIV DNA load: 2.58×10 /copies./ml in the treatment group,3.63×10~4/copies./ml in the untreated group,Treatment group <untreated group,P<0.05;statistical analysis of mean CD4~+T lymphocyte count: treatment group was 5.71×10~2/mm~3,reaching the lower limit of normal value(500-1600),untreated group 3.56×102/mm3,The treatment group was higher than the untreated group,P<0.05.The research results are in line with the clinical law of AIDS antiviral therapy.(2)Paired test results of infrared point temperature groups(1)The results of the paired test between the untreated group and the control group showed that the untreated group had abnormal infrared temperature changes at 22/40 temperature measurement points,bilateral dampers,Jueyinshu,Xinshu,Dushu,Geshu,Ganshu,Bladdershu,The temperature of acupoints in Zhonglvshu,Baihuanshu and Dazhu on the right,Feishu and Danshu on the left are lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;the temperature on Guanyuanshu on the right is higher than the control group,P<0.05.The results of the study indicate that the infrared temperature changes at Beishu acupoint are in accordance with the clinical law of pathological changes of multiple organs and systems in AIDS patients.(2)The paired test results of the treatment group,the untreated group and the control group showed that the infrared relative temperature of all temperature measurement points on the back of the treatment group(after anti-virus)increased.The specific performance is as follows: untreated group <control group,P <0.05 back measurement The temperature points all changed into the treatment group <control group,P>0.05;the temperature measurement points between the bilateral L3-S2 in the area of opportunistic infection lesions of AIDS patients increased significantly,bilateral Dachangshu,Guanyuanyu,Xiaochangshu,Bladder Shu,treatment group> control group,P<0.05.After antiviral treatment,the temperature rise phenomenon of back Yu point conforms to the clinical treatment law of AIDS patients with multi-system and multi-organ function impairment.Conclusion:1.The comparison of infrared temperature between the treatment group,the untreated group and the control group shows that the infrared temperature change of Beishu acupoint has the effect of reflecting the pathological change phenomenon of AIDS multi-system and multi-organ disease,which embodies the scientific concept of the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine.2.The change of infrared temperature is positively correlated with the immune function(CD4~+T lymphocyte count)of AIDS patients.The r values of Xuehui Geshu,Ganshu,Danshu,and Spleen Shu are statistically significant,which is in line with the back Shu point It is the physiological characteristics of the infusion of viscera gas in a special part of the back and waist,which reveals the clinical features of AIDS acquired immune function defects.3.Bladder,small intestine,and large intestine of the lumbosacral region adjacent to the HIV infection site(front and back yin)and opportunistic infection organs(digestive tract organs)of MSM population.The study found that infrared temperature changes are negatively correlated with HIV DNA,indicating that Beishu The infrared temperature change of acupuncture points has the specificity of revealing the pathogenesis and pathological evolution of the research object,which is in accordance with the rules of organ differentiation and meridian dialectics in traditional Chinese medicine. |
