Research On Ye Tianshiqi Jing's Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Gynecological Diseases Based On Data Mining

Purpose:The syndrome differentiation of odd meridians is an important part of the syndrome differentiation of meridians.Ye Tianshi inherits and develops the theory of odd meridians,forms a unique thought system of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of odd meridians,and applies it to the clinical treatment of gynecology,For the study of many doctors in modern times,this study is to sort out Ye Tianshi’s case of gynecology treatment by syndrome differentiation,to explore the law and characteristics of gynecology disease by data mining,to provide reference for clinical acupuncture and medicine,and to develop a new way of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Materials and Methods:On the basis of Ye Tianshi medical encyclopedia,and through the platform of "China Digital Book Garden",the author selected the key words or related words related to "Qi Jing","Chong Ren","Du Mai",etc.,according to the standard of selecting and treating gynecological cases with odd meridians,collecting the basic data of the symptoms,odd Meridians and syndromes,and the composition of prescriptions and medicines of the medical records,using Microsoft Excel 2010 to establish a database,using SPSS 17.0 software for frequency analysis and cluster analysis,the frequency analysis of symptoms,the frequency analysis of Qi-jing Syndrome,the frequency analysis of the use of single drug,the frequency analysis of the correlation between qi-jing and the Meridian Tropism,the cluster analysis of qi-jing drugs,etc.,in order to analyze the syndrome of qi-jing,the symptoms of qi-jing and the use of drug flavor and its regular characteristics.Results: 1.Analysis of the frequency of meridians: The case of "regulating menstruation" involves meridians including Chongmai(9),Renmai(7),and Dumai(1);the case of collapse and leakage involves meridians including Chongmai(18),Renmai(18),and Dumai(4),with veins(4);the meridians involved in postpartum medical records include Chongmai(13),Renmai(14),Dumai(4),veins(3),Yang Weimai(3),Yin Weimai(2),Yang Qiaomai(3),Yin Qiaomai(2).2.Analysis of the frequency of odd menstrual symptoms: In the case of "menstrual and reality as the key points,and adopts the treatment principle of "one method of communicating cause and one method".3.Based on the correlation between the abnormal meridians and viscera,nourish the liver and kidney to nourish the vein of the abnormal meridians,pay attention to the innate foundation of the spleen and stomach to nourish the Qi and blood of the abnormal meridians.
