| Purpose:Investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,so that traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture can better serve patients,solve pain,and seek safe and effective medical methods for patients.Materials and methods:A total of 66 patients from the Department of Brain K1 in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.All patients were hospitalized from December 2018 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group received basic western medicine treatment and rehabilitation training treatment,and the observation group cooperated with acupuncture therapy on the basis of the treatment.The treatment time was 45 minutes each time,5 times / week for 4 weeks.The edema score,FMA score,VAS score,and Barthel index score before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups of patients.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS23.0 statistical software to explore the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on SHS after stroke.Results:1.There was no significant difference in general information such as gender and age between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).There were no significant differences in FMA score,VAS score,Barthel index,and edema degree score between the two groups of patients before treatment(P> 0.05).2.Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the FMA score,VAS score,Barthel index,and edema degree score were significantly different after treatment,all were P<0.01.3.There were differences in the VAS score,FMA score,Barthel index,and edema degree score between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training and simple rehabilitation training have a good effect on the treatment of pain,edema,upper limb motor function and daily activity level.2.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is different in the treatment of pain,edema,upper limb motor function,and daily activity ability,and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is more effective.3.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is safe and effective in treating shoulder-hand syndrome. |
