| Purpose : To observe the clinical efficacy of the application of acupoints based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of patients with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in chronic duration of bronchial asthma.Material and method : The study is a randomized controlled trial.Based on the diagnostic criteria of bronchial asthma,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,120 patients with chronic lung and spleen deficiency syndrome of chronic bronchial asthma were selected,and randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and test group(60 cases).The control group was treated with placebo acupoint control application,and the test group was treated with the application of acupoints based on syndrome differentiation.Dingchuan,Feishu,and Geshu were selected as main points based on the main syndromes,and Pishu and Fenglong were selected as matching points based on the syndrome differentiation.The two groups began to apply on the first day of three volts in 2017 and 2018,once per volt,for a total of six times,each time for 2-4 hours.Follow-up was conducted for 52 weeks after the end of treatment,during which a total of 4 follow-ups were performed.TCM syndrome score,number of asthma exacerbations,ACT score,pulmonary function(FEV1%,PEF,PEF average daily diurnal variability)were used as observation indicators,and the index data of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were collected and recorded,and SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.This study finally included 111 patients,55 in the control group,and 56 in the test group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,sex,duration,and control level grading(P> 0.05).2.The application of acupoints based on syndrome differentiation is better than placebo acupoint control application in the improvement of TCM syndromes.The total effective rate is 98.21%,and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The application of acupoints based on syndrome differentiation is better than placebo acupoint control application in reducing the number of acute attacks of asthma,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The application of acupoints based on syndrome differentiation is better than placebo acupoint control application in improving ACT scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.The application of acupoints based on syndrome differentiation is better than placebo acupoint control application in improving pulmonary function indicators(FEV 1%,PEF,PEF average daily diurnal variability),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoints based on syndrome differentiation can improve TCM syndromes,reducing the number of acute attacks,improving asthma control,and improving lung function in the chronic duration of bronchial asthma.The clinical effect of deficiency syndrome is clear. |
