Observation On The Curative Effect Of Treating Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Bradyarrhythmia With The Method Of Benefiting Temperature And Yang, Removing Phlegm And Removing Blood Stasis

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect and the improvement of quality of life of the patients with coronary heart disease and bradyarrhythmia treated by the metho DP of "Yiqi Wenyang,Qutan Huayu",we can provide a new idea for the treatment of coronary heart disease and bradyarrhythmia with traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:From June 2019 to February 2020,the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine selected 60 patients with coronary heart disease and bradyarrhythmia,including 42 males(70%)and 18 females(30%),with an average age of 64.8 years and an age range of 42-79 years.They were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the basic group and 30 in the granule group.The basic group was given routine treatment Western medicine treatment,the granule group was given conventional western medicine treatment + granule treatment with "Yiqi Wenyang,Qutan Huayu" effect,both groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,observe and record the 24-hour dynamic ECG,quality of life evaluation table and TCM syndrome improvement before and after treatment.In order to compare the effect of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in general data such as gender,age,smoking history and other medical history(P > 0.05).2.The total effective rate of the basic group was 33.3%,and that of the granule group was60%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom score: there was no difference in the total score of TCM symptoms between the basic group and the granule group before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the improvement of total symptom score in the granule group was significantly better than that in the basic group(P < 0.05).4.The improvement of ST-T segment depression and T wave inversion: the total effective rate of the basic group was 26.7%,and that of the granule group was 53.4%(P < 0.05).5.Heart rate effect: there was no statistical difference between the basic group and the granulegroup(P > 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant increase in the heart rate of the basic group(P > 0.05).The slowest heart rate and the average heart rate of the granule group were higher than those of the basic group(P < 0.05).6.Improvement of quality of life: there was no significant difference between the basic group and the granule group in the five scores of Seattle scale(SAQ)before treatment.After treatment,the five scores of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the granule group was significantly better than that of the basic group(P < 0.05).7.Safety index: there were no significant changes in liver function(ALT,AST),renal function(CR,UR,UA),blood routine,urine routine and stool routine before and after treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred during the test.Conclusion:To treat coronary heart disease granule with bradyarrhythmia with granules of "Yiqi Wenyang,Qutan Huayu" and conventional western medicine can obviously improve the state of coronary ischemia,raise the heart rate,relieve the patients' clinical symptoms,improve the patients' quality of life,and there is no obvious adverse reaction after long-term use,which has better safety.
