Purpose: This study uses the method of network meta analysis to systematically study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy on the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in remission period,so as to obtain the optimal prevention and treatment interventions, improve the patients’ exercise mode, and provide high-quality evidence-based evidence for the clinical COPD patients in remission period.Material and method: Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Chinese biomedical literature database(Sino Med),Wanfang medical database,Chinese Journal of science and technology database(VIP),Pub Med,EMBASE and other Chinese and English databases were searched by computer.RCTs of different traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy intervention in COPD remission period were collected. The retrieval time limit is from January 2010 to January 2020,and the books in the collection are manually searched to supplement the references of relevant literature. The two researchers independently screened, extracted and cross checked the literature, evaluated the quality of the included literature with reference to Cochrane system evaluation manual, and finally used Revman manger 5.3 and Stata / IC 13.0 for meta analysis, and selected Stata / IC 13.0software for rank ranking to carry out mesh meta analysis on each outcome index. Results: Finally,42 randomized controlled trials were included, with a total of 3299 patients with COPD in remission,38 in Chinese and 4 in English. It involves 6 traditional Chinese medical exercises(Tai Chi,Wu Qin Xi,Liu Zi Jue,Ba Duan Jin,Yi Jin Jing,Qigong)and 9 different outcome indicators.Meta analysis results showed that 25 articles were included for FEV1 result analysis: [SMD = 0.587,95% CI [0.489,0.675],P <0.00001],31 articles were analyzed for FEV1% result analysis: [SMD = 0.481,95% CI [0.398,0.565],P<0.00001],FEV1 / FVC results analysis of 30 articles: [SMD = 0.397,95% CI [0.314,0.480],P <0.00001],FVC results analysis of 15 articles: [SMD = 0.346,95% CI [0.225,0.466],P<0.00001],analysis of 6MWD results for 26 articles: [SMD = 0.956,95% CI [0.859,1.053],P <0.00001],CAT score for 11 articles Analysis: [SMD =-0.410,95% CI [-0.532,-0.289],P<0.00001],m MRC score analysis of 7 articles [Chi2 = 26.76,I2 = 14.0%,P = 0.267],6articles Effectiveness analysis: [Chi2 = 1.78,I2 = 0.0%,P = 0.879,RR = 1.201,95% CI[1.046,1.378],P <0.00001],analysis of COPD exacerbation and hospitalization times in 6literatures: [Chi2 = 3.87,I2 = 0.0%,P = 0.568,RR = 0.701,95% CI [0.566,0.867],P<0.00001].Net-like meta-analysis of 3 outcome indicators of FEV1,FEV1 / FVC,and6MWD: The results were ranked by the probability of efficacy using Stata / IC 13.0 software. In terms of improving FEV1,the efficacy was ranked as Yijinjing combined with conventional Western medicine(SUCRA = 91.4)> Wu Qiu Xi combined with conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 68.2)> Routine activities combined with conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 66.7)> Ba Duan Jin combined with conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 60.9)> Taijiquan combined with conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 41.6)> Routine activities(SUCRA =36.9)> Liuzijue combined with conventional Western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 19.0)>Routine Western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 15.3),in terms of improving FEV1 / FVC,it is ranked as Wuqinxi combined with conventional Western medicine treatment(SUCRA =97.6)> Yijinjing combined with conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 65.4)> Ba Duanjin combined with conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 59.5)>Liuzijue combined with conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 59.3)>Taijiquan combined with conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 42.5)>Qigong combined with conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 35.9)>Conventional western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 31)> Regular activities(SUCRA = 8.7),in terms of improving 6MWD,Wu Qin Xi + conventional western medicine treatment(S UCRA = 95.5)> Liuzijue + Conventional Western Medicine Treatment(SUCRA = 73.9)>Taijiquan + Conventional Western Medicine Treatment(SUCRA = 63.7)> Qigong +Conventional Western Medicine Treatment(SUCRA = 59.6)> Ba Duan Jin +Conventional Western Medicine Treatment(SUCRA = 56.1)> Routine activities +conventional Western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 45.1)> Routine activities(SUCRA =25.9)> Yijinjing + Routine western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 19.1)> Routine western medicine treatment(SUCRA = 11.2).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine intervention therapy for COPD remission,by improving clinical effectiveness, lung function, exercise endurance, quality of life and reducing the number of COPD exacerbations and hospitalization,to achieve the prevention and treatment of this disease.2.Through the mesh meta-analysis,Wuqixi in traditional exercise therapy has the best possibility of improving the patient’s endurance of exercise and improving the lung function.Yijinjing is the second most likely.3.The effect of Wuqinxi combined with conventional therapy in the remission period of COPD is better than that with conventional activities or conventional western medicine.4.Different traditional Chinese medicine traditional exercise therapies have different focuses on different outcomes.Clinical medical staff should choose the appropriate treatment according to the needs of patients.
