| Purpose:By retrospectively analyzing the case data of 72 patients with vitiligo, analyzing the general information, onset characteristics and treatment methods of the patients, and evaluating the treatment effect,so as to deepen the understanding of vitiligo diseases and provide references for prevention and treatment.Material and method:In this study, from July 2018 to June 2019,patients who were diagnosed with vitiligo at the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were screened, and a total of 72 cases met the criteria.Create an Excel table to record patient information in detail, including the patient’s gender, age of onset, family history, season of onset, cause of onset, course of disease, concomitant disease, lesion location, lesion area,TCM syndrome, treatment and prognosis Use SPSS25.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.General situation: the ratio of men to women is 1.18: 1.There were 8 cases with positive family history of vitiligo.2.Incidence-related situation: the minimum age of onset is 9 years old,the maximum is 56 years old,the average age is 32.42 ± 10.19 years old;the incidence is mostly in spring and summer;the predisposing factors are mental factors, fatigue, sleep disturbance, history of trauma, chemical substance exposure history and Other factors;the shortest course of disease is 1 month and the longest period is 10 years, with an average course of 1.98 ± 1.95 years;onset site: 30 skin lesions on the hands and feet,24 perianal lesions,17 head and facial lesions, and chest and back lesions 4 sites;31patients(43.1%)were accompanied by other diseases, including 7 cases of thyroid disease,3 cases of hypertension,10 cases of chronic urticaria,7 cases of chronic eczema,3 cases of alopecia areata, and 1 case of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.3.22 cases of liver qi stagnation syndrome;35 cases of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome;15 cases of qi and blood stasis syndrome.4.Laboratory examination: 72 cases showed bright white fluorescence on the surface of the skin lesion under the wood lamp, and the boundary was clear.5.The skin lesion area of the patient before treatment is 4.98 ± 3.61cm2,the skin lesion area is 4.80 ± 3.59cm2 at the 4th week of treatment, the skin lesion area is 3.64± 2.67cm2 at the 8th week of treatment, and the skin lesion area at the 12 th week of treatment It is 2.72 ± 2.59cm2.The area of skin lesions before treatment was not significantly improved compared with that at week 4(P = 0.492,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant);the area of ??skin lesions at week 8 and week 12 was significantly reduced(P <0.05,The difference was statistically significant)6.Treatment results: The total clinical effective rates at the 4th,8th,and 12 th weeks of treatment were 33.3%,65.3%,and 84.7%(P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant); The syndrome scores at 4 weeks,8 weeks, and 12 weeks were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant). The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 80.6%;At 4 weeks, the effective rate of liver depression and stagnation syndrome was 40.9%;the effective rate of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome was 31.4%;the effective rate of qi and blood stasis syndrome was 26.7%;at the 8th week of treatment, the effective rate of liver depression and stagnation syndrome was 72.2%;the effective rate of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome is 62.9%;the effective rate of qi and blood stasis syndrome is 60.0%;at the 12 th week of treatment, the effective rate of liver depression and stagnation syndrome is 95.5%;the effective rate of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome is 88.6%;The effective rate of Qi and Blood Stasis Syndrome is60.0%.Conclusion:1.The disease usually occurs in spring and summer, the course of disease is relatively long, has a certain degree of heredity, and the family with a positive family history has an earlier age of onset.Psychological factors are the primary inducing factors of this group of patients. The most common site of the disease is the hands and feet. The disease is often accompanied by autoimmune diseases.3.The majority of patients in this group have liver and kidney deficiency syndromes, with the lowest qi and blood stasis syndromes.4.The patients in this group applied integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat vitiligo with definite curative effect, and the effect became more and more obvious as the course of treatment was extended(total treatment course of 12weeks). |
