Based On Data Mining, It Analyzes Professor Chen Ying's Academic Thoughts And Medication Rules In The Treatment Of Pre- And Post-menopausal Syndromes

Objective: this study conducted a retrospective study on the clinical case of professor Chen ying’s treatment of menopausal disorders patients from January 2018 to December 2019,and used the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)for data mining,to summarize the academic views of professor Chen ying on the treatment of menopausal disorders and the law of prescription drugs,so as to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Follow tutor professor chen-ying outpatient visits of department of gynaecology,choose between January 2018 and December 2019,age between 45 to 55 years old,during Oral Chinese medicine form after clear clinical efficacy before and after the menopause syndrome patients,collect the patient’s general information,four diagnostic information,medical history,imaging examination,and the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine prescription data,a total of 141 cases of basis,282 prescriptions.Excel was used to establish the original database of cases,data mining was carried out with the help of two sections of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),"statistical report" and "data analysis",and the results were summarized and discussed,so as to summarize professor Chen ying’s academic thoughts and medication rules in the treatment of various symptoms before and after menopause.Results: in this study,141 patients were included,with 282 prescriptions,involving 145 herbs.The results are as follows:1.Age of onset: the patients included in this study were between 45 and 55 years old,with an average age of 49.02 years.2.Syndrome distribution: the syndrome type was mainly liver and kidney deficiency syndrome in 141 cases,followed by kidney Yin deficiency syndrome in 103cases(73.05%),kidney Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome in 27 cases(19.15%),and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in 11 cases(7.80%).3.The drug analysis:(1)A total of 282 first prescriptions and 145 traditional Chinese medicines were used for a total of 5320 times.Professor Chen ying used poria cocos,dogwood,flos albiziae,keel,medlar,salvia miltiorrhiza and radix paeoniae alba,oysters,rehmannia glutinosa,yam,fructus schisandrae,dodder,zizyphus jujube kernel,polygala,epimedium,angelica frequency of usage in more than 150 times,use frequency is up to64.89%.(2)According to the manual statistics,drugs can be divided into 18 categories according to their efficacy,among which tonic drugs have the highest frequency,up to 2094 times,accounting for 39.36% of the total frequency.It was followed by calming drugs(17.03%),activating blood and removing stasis drugs(11.02%),etc.The most important value was supplementing liver and kidney(45.65%),followed by spleen(24.59%).Among the soothing drugs,there are the most soothing drugs.(3)Professor Chen ying’s medicinal properties were mainly warm(44.1%)and smooth(31.69%).Most of them were sweet(39.72%).Liver meridian(25.38%),kidney meridian(21.77%),spleen meridian(14.88%)and heart meridian(14.53%)were the most common.4.Drug analysis: association rules based on association rule set "support" for 198,"confidence level" of 0.98,after get 35 sets of common drug combination drug use pattern analysis,contains 12 taste traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the combination of high frequency are:(1)Atractylodes,poria cocos(2)Dogwood,keel(3)Dogwood,oysters(4)keel,oysters(5)Dogwood,medlar(6)Dogwood,keel,oysters(7)Rehmannia,glutinosa,etc.The diagram of interdrug network display shows that there is a close relationship between the drugs of atractylodes atractylodes,poria coxcomb,cornus officinalis,acacia officinalis,rehmannia rehmanniae,dragon bone,Chinese yam,wolfberry fruit,salvia miltiorrhiza,white peony root,oyster and schisandra.5.Drug clustering analysis: based on the complex system office and the office level of unsupervised clustering cluster method,set up the "relevance" of 8,"punishment" is 2,it is concluded that professor mew-mi core drug combinations in the treatment of menopausal syndrome,a total of 8 to:(1)dangshen_cohosh_Radix bupleuri(2)Dwarf lilyturf_Radix scrophulariae_Caulis dendrobii_Radix pseudostellariae(3)Zellan_chuanxiong_raspberry_tangerine peel_rhizoma cyperi(4)Cooked rehmannia_keel_schisandra_wolfberry_yam,etc.Research conclusions:1.Professor Chen ying believes that all the symptoms before and after menopause are based on deficiency of kidney essence,which involves other organs and leads to the formation of pathological products such as blood stasis.2.Professor Chen ying treated all symptoms before and after menopause by tonifying kidney essence to treat the root cause,and at the same time,tonifying liver and spleen,nourishing the heart and calming the nerves,activating blood and removing blood stasis.3.The characteristics of drug use are mainly warm and flat,and the taste of medicine is mainly sweet.Return to the liver meridian,kidney meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian for more.4.Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Cornus officinalis,acacia,cooked Rehmannia glutinosa,keel,yam,Lycium barbarum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Paeoniae Alba,oyster,Schisandra chinensis,Cuscuta chinensis,Zizyphus jujuba,Radix Polygala,Epimedium,Angelica sinensis are the core drugs for the treatment of menopausal disorders by Professor Chen Ying.
