Research On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke During The Recovery Period Based On Data Mining

Purpose:By collating the clinical literature of the traditional Chinese medicine for the recovery period of ischemic stroke in the past 10 years,and using data mining technology to analyze the data of the literature medication,to study the clinical medication rules of the recovery period of ischemic stroke,and to summarize the relevant treatments in order to improve the clinical efficacy 3.Optimize the diagnosis and treatment plan.Material and method:The retrieval time is from 2009 to 2019.Check the literature of the three major Chinese databases on the recovery period of Chinese medicine for ischemic stroke,and use Microsoft Excel for frequency and frequency analysis,SPSS22.0 and SPSS Modeler for cluster analysis and association analysis to explore Its medication tendency and core drugs.Results:1.A total of 144 articles were included in this study,and 151 prescriptions were obtained,involving a total of 161 tastes of Chinese medicines.The total frequency of all Chinese medicines was 1677.The 10 most frequently used Chinese medicines were: Chuanxiong,Dilong,Angelica,Astragalus,Red Peony,Safflower,salvia,peach kernel,calamus,licorice.The top-ranking Chinese medicines in this study were classified according to their efficacy as Huoxuehuayu(446 times),tonic deficiency medicine(387 times),Pingganxiefeng medicine(198 times),Qingre medicine(121 times),phlegm and cough Antiasthmatic drugs(112 times);Among the deficiency medicines,the most used are Qi-invigorating drugs(51.94%),followed by blood-enriching drugs(32.56%),Yang-boosting drugs(8.78%),Yin-invigorating drugs(6.72%).2.The return of sexual taste: Among the four qi,the most is warm(45.14%),followed by cold(26.36%),calm(23.40%),cool(4.27%),and heat(0.83%).Among the five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,sweetness is the most,accounting for about 1/3,bitterness and bitterness are also higher,while salty,sour,light and astringent are less used.In the meridian of traditional Chinese medicine,mainly liver(27.26%),spleen(15.93%),heart(14.13%),others are lung(9.63%),stomach(8.70%),kidney(7.44%),pericardium(4.91%),Gallbladder(4.38%),bladder(3.72%),large intestine(3.23%),triple burner(0.41%),small intestine(0.27%).3.Cluster analysis: Category 1: safflower,peach kernel,red peony,Chuanxiong,Angelica,Astragalus,Achyranthes,Coprinus cinnamomi,Guizhi,Dangshen,Dilong,Panax notoginseng,Bombyx mori,Pueraria lobata;Category 2 : Eucommia ulmoides,Uncaria chinensis;Category 3: Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Rehmanniae;Category 4: Gastrodia,Pinellia,Dannanxing,Atractylodes,Poria,Orange peel,Bamboo Ru,Licorice,Shichangpu,Polygala,Turmeric,Salvia;5 categories: Rehmannia glutinosa,Polygonum multiflorum,leech,whole scorpion,rhubarb.4.Association analysis:(1)peach kernel → safflower;(2)red peony and safflower → peach kernel;(3)safflower and angelica and chuanxiong → peach kernel;(4)safflower and astragalus and dilong and chuanxiong → red peony.Conclusion:1.The drugs used to treat ischemic stroke during the recovery period are mainly Chuanxiong,Dilong,Angelica,and Astragalus.The drugs are mainly blood circulation and blood stasis medicine,deficiency medicine,and the most commonly used supplement medicine is Qi medicine.2.Among the commonly used drugs for the recovery period of ischemic stroke,the medicinal properties are mainly warm and cold,the medicinal flavor is mainly sweet,bitter,and spicy,and the meridian is mainly liver,spleen,and heart meridian.3.Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Taohong Siwu Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction are often used to treat the recovery period of ischemic stroke,but Buyang Huanwu Decoction is the main prescription,and the commonly used prescriptions,core drug pairs and core drug combinations are Clinical medicine provides a reference.4.My teacher uses the method of invigorating qi and spleen,promoting blood circulation and collaterals,combined with the use of rattan drugs to treat the recovery period of ischemic stroke,and has unique experience in the treatment of complications of this disease.5.Comprehensive literature research results and our clinical treatment: the treatment of ischemic stroke in the recovery period is both the symptoms and the symptoms.The symptoms include Huoxuetongluo and phlegm,especially Huoxuetongluo.Blood and nourishing yin,liver and kidney,especially spleen and qi.
