Purpose:This study included 60 patients with primary renal qi deficiency type hypertension patients who were treated in the outpatient department of cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from2018 to 2019 according to the inclusion criteria.Compared with the combination of Western medicine and acupuncture for the treatment of elderly primary The curative effect of kidney-qi deficiency type hypertension and the antihypertensive effect of acupuncture treatment provide a more effective method for clinical treatment of elderly patients with primary kidney-qi deficiency type hypertension.Material and method:In this study,60 elderly patients with primary renal qi deficiency type hypertension who were treated in the outpatient department of cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018 to2019 were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method 2 groups,30 cases in each group. The treatment group took oral L-amlodipine besylate(once a day, once 2.5 mg,which can be increased to 5 mg as appropriate)and combined with acupuncture treatment.Needle every 10 min for 1min,balance the method and leave the needle for 30 min.3 times a week,1 week is a course of treatment,a total of 4courses.The control group received oral L-amlodipine benzenesulfonate(the same dosage as the treatment group)for 1 course for 1 week, for a total of 4 courses. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure values,TCM syndrome scores and blood pressure lowering efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment were collected and collated, and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 19.0.Results:1.After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the treatment group were lowerthan that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.After treatment, the effective rate of blood pressure lowering in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.After treatment, the effect of improving TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).6.After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.For elderly patients with essential kidney-qi deficiency hypertension, the effect of acupuncture combined with L-amlodipine besylate is better than that of oral L-amlodipine besylate alone, and it has the effect on systolic and diastolic.2.For elderly patients with essential hypertension of kidney-qi deficiency, acupuncture combined with L-amlodipine besylate can significantly improve the symptoms of dizziness, headache, fatigue, waist and knee weakness and frequent nocturia.3.For elderly patients with essential kidney-qi deficiency hypertension, acupuncture combined with L-amlodipine besylate can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients taking Western medicine, and it is safer than oral L-amlodipine besylate alone effective.
