Preliminary Study On Risk Factors Of Embryo Abortion And Risk Assessment Prediction Model

ObjectiveThrough case-control study,to analyze the four diagnostic information of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with embryo abortion and normal childbearing women,and to identify the risk factors that affect the occurrence of embryo abortion.Based on the risk factors of embryo discontinuation,the risk prediction model of embryo discontinuation under TCM symptoms was constructed and verified.According to the risk prediction model,suggestions on prevention and treatment of embryo discontinuation were put forward from the perspective of TCM.MethodsIn this study,the risk factors of embryo discontinuation were discussed from the perspective of TCM symptoms through case-control experiment.The results of embryo discontinuation were used as dependent variables,and the related risk factors were used as independent variables.Each variable of the two groups was analyzed by single factor analysis to compare the differences of each factor between the case group and the control group.Then,taking the P<0.05 variable in the single factor analysis result as the independent variable,using the logistic multi factor statistical analysis,the method selected the step-by-step approach,the entry and exclusion criteria were 0.05 and 0.10 respectively,and the regression coefficient,odds ratio or(odd ratio)of each variable were calculated,OR),95%confidence interval,identify the independent risk factors related to the event of embryo suspension,and form the risk prediction model of embryo suspension.ROC(receiver operator characteristic curve)curve was used to verify the risk assessment model of embryo termination.Result1.The results of single factor analysis showed that:education,occupation,pregnancy and childbirth history,tender tongue,thin tongue,tongue teeth mark,tongue prick,tongue crack,thin tongue coating,pulse sinking,pulse fine,pulse moistening,pulse ruler deficiency,pale face,yellow face,dark lips,facial rash,facial miliella,mandibular rash,plain afraid of wind,cold limbs,dizziness,tinnitus,chest distress,shortness of breath,rib discomfort Abdominal pain,abdominal cooling,lumbosacral discomfort,heel pain,thirst,abnormal urination,abnormal stool,insomnia,leucorrhea,abnormal menstruation are all related to the occurrence of embryo abortion.(P<0.05)2.The results of multivariate analysis showed that:pregnancy and childbirth history,abdominal pain,abdominal cooling,yellow face,tongue crack,tongue tooth mark,thin tongue,lack of pulse ruler,mandibular rash,abnormal urination,loose stool were the risk factors of embryo termination.Based on the logistic regression of Luo factor,the risk prediction model of embryo termination was established.3.The results showed that the area under ROC curve,AUC value was 0.975,and 96.1%confidence interval was(0.961,0.988).According to AUC>0.9,the predictive value of the model was high,which indicated that the diagnostic accuracy of the model was good.Conclusion1.History of pregnancy and childbirth,abdominal pain,abdominal coolness,yellow face,cleft lines of tongue,teeth marks of tongue,thin tongue,insufficient pulse scale,mandibular rash,abnormal urination,loose stool are the risk factors of the risk prediction model of embryo termination.The etiology and pathogenesis of the model are mostly related to kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,liver depression and deficiency of Qi and blood.2.The prediction model of the risk of embryo suspension constructed in this study has a good prediction effect,which can provide some basis for clinical workers to prevent and control the occurrence of embryo suspension.
