Li Zhongzi's Inheritance And Development Of The Academic Thoughts Of The Yishui School

Objective:Through the analysis of the life,the academic origin of Li Zhongzi,affiliated school,academic theoretical connotation,research that Yishui School physicians’impact on Li Zhongzi and Li Zhongzi’s contribution to the development of Yishui School,further excavate Li Zhongzi’s academic thinking characteristics,discusses the Li’s clinical characteristics,in order to improve the Li Zhongzi related research content,at the same time contribute to the clinical work of Chinese medicine.Methods:This study is mainly based on literature research and theoretical analysis,supplemented by data statistics and law of drug use.And the organic combination of these two methods.First,go to the source.On the basis of historical records and related literature,understanding Li Zhongzi’s life,academic origin and other background factors is helpful to understand Li Zhongzi’s academic thought characteristics and the reasons for its formation more comprehensively.Next,adopt the thoughts of many physicians.To study the academic theories of doctors quoted in Li Zhongzi’s works,to clarify the inheritance of Li Zhongzi’s academic theories,to explore the core academic thoughts of the school to which Li Zhongzi belongs,and to explore Li Zhongzi’s academic contributions in the long history.Third,data mining.On the basis of Li Zhongzi’s medical case of Chinese medicine,the characteristics of Li Zhongzi’s clinical prescription medication were found through frequency and co-word clustering analysis,so as to dig into Li Zhongzi’s clinical treatment ideas and prescription usage habits,and explore the characteristics of Li Zhongzi’s academic thought from another Angle.Finally,go back to basics.Through the study of Li Zhongzi’s medical works and related literature materials,the author deeply explored Li Zhongzi’s dialectical treatment ideas and clinical treatment characteristics,and systematically summarized the essence of Li Zhongzi’s academic thoughts.Results:Li Zhongzi learned from Huangdi Neijing,studied the Treatise On Febrile Diseases,and drew on the essence of the academic thoughts of famous doctors such as Zhang Yuansu,Li Dongyuan,Xue Ji and Zhang Jiebin.The formation of Li’s academic thought is the result of the synthesis of many factors.On the theory of differentiation of syndromes and syndromes of zang-fu organs,Zhang Yuansu focuses on the pathogenesis of cold,heat,deficiency and fullness of zang-fu organs,and emphasizes the role of the vital energy of zang-fu organs in the development of diseases.Li Dongyuan expounded the theory of spleen and stomach and developed the theory of treating the deficiency of zang-fu organs from the spleen and stomach.Xue Ji studied Li Dongyuan’s theory of spleen and stomach privately,and developed to attach equal importance to spleen and kidney.Li Zhongzi developed the academic thought of the Yishui school that attaches importance to the spleen and kidney,clearly put forward that the kidney is the innate one and the spleen is the acquired one,elucidates the importance of the two viscera of the spleen and kidney from the aspects of physiology,diagnosis and treatment,and enriched the content of the spleen and kidney theory.The establishment of the theory of the origin of the days marked the maturity of the spleen and kidney based theory system of viscera differentiation.As for the relationship between the days,Li Zhongzi advocated that the two zang "have the function of mutual praise",so the spleen and kidney are often treated together.As for the relationship between liver and kidney,Li put forward the theory of Edecyl homology and advocated that the treatment of both liver and kidney should strengthen kidney and relieve liver.In addition,he expounded the relationship between the spleen and the lungs from the perspective of the five elements,and advocated that the spleen has the ability to start the lungs,while the lungs have no ability to support the spleen.Therefore,he believed that the medicine to strengthen the spleen should be used to protect the lungs.Zhang Yuansu’s theories on the rise and fall,the floating and sinking of medicinal herbs,the appearance of medicinal herbs,the return of the scriptures and the report of quoting the scriptures were the methods of dispensing medicine in accordance with his theory of viscera syndrome differentiation.His disciple Li Dongyuan applied these theories to clinical practice fully,created many prescriptions,and showed the method of adding and subtracting prescription according to the syndromes at any time.Xue Ji was deeply influenced by Zhang Elemen and Li Dongyuan.He paid attention to syndrome differentiation of spleen,stomach and kidney life,and paid attention to tempering,so as to generate Yang qi in spleen and stomach.Li Zhongzi inherited the property property theory of the school of easy water and developed it to some extent.He advocated that all warm and hot drugs should be used to supplement deficiency,and all cold and cold drugs should be used to relieve the deficiency.Therefore,in clinical practice,he should do warm and tonic to avoid cold and cold pain.In addition,Li Zhongzi also enriched the clinical medicine method of the water school,including the application of different drugs in decocting method and the perfection of the medicine method.By summarizing the characteristics of drug use,it is found that Li Zhongzi’s drug use has three characteristics:First,tonifying both the spleen and the kidney,especially on spleen;Second,Two out,and the progressive,flavor,regression analysis and co-word clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs showed that Li Zhongzi’s drugs were mainly warm and lukewarm drugs.From the perspective of five tastes,the drugs were mainly sweet,bitter and bitter,and the regression of meridional drugs mostly belonged to spleen,lung,kidney and heart meridional.Through systematic clustering,four clusters were obtained Qi-wei Rehmannia pill;Buzhong Yiqi Soup;Ginger,jujube medicine pair;Aconite,dried ginger,pinellia ternata group.This reflects the characteristics of Li’s medication:attaching great importance to nourishing spleen and kidney,especially spleen;Pay attention to harmonize spleen and stomach;Spleen and kidney complement each other.Conclusion:Li Zhongzi played a connecting role in the development of the Yishui School.On the one hand,he studied personally under masters,such as Zhang Yuansu,Li Dongyuan,Wang Haogu,Xue Ji and Zhang Jiebin,inherited the academic achievements of the Yishui School,and developed the theories of viscera differentiation and prescriptions.In the theory of viscera differentiation,he emphasized the importance of innate and acquired in human life activities,clearly put forward that the kidney is the innate source and the spleen is the acquired source,and made an in-depth analysis of the relations between the spleen and kidney,liver and kidney,and other organs.In terms of pharmacy theory,Li Zhongzi advocated that the medicinal properties should be four times,and the medicinal properties should be classified according to the four times,and enriched the methods of drug use of the Yishui School.On the other hand,Li Zhongzi’s academic thoughts was passed on to Shen Langzhong,Ma Yuanyi,and You Zaijing,which promoted the development and dissemination of the academic thoughts of the YiShui School.Li Zhongzi,as a representative physicians of the Yishui School development to late academic thought has been relatively mature,has broad medical theory,clinical experience is very rich also,so there are a lot of students,the students inherited Li Zhongzi’s medical skill and academic thoughts very well,and also writing books,to carry forward and spread Li Zhongzi’s academic thought,make Yishui school’s academic thought spread more widely.
