| Objective: to explore the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine biased constitution in patients with atherosclerosis by retrospective study on the type and distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution.To analyze the related indexes of atherosclerosis and the correlation between influencing factors and blood stasis constitution,and to observe and study the clinical curative effect of Fuzheng Huayu plaster on carotid atherosclerosis patients with blood stasis constitution,In order to explore the TCM treatment of atherosclerosis based on differentiation of body diseases.Methods: The clinical data of atherosclerosis patients in Shuguang Hospital in the past two years and the results of physique identification of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were collected.The physique distribution of 120 patients with atherosclerosis was studied by retrospective study.The general clinical data and related indexes were collected to compare and analyze the different biased physique in order to explore the related indexes of atherosclerosis and the correlation between influencing factors and blood stasis constitution.On this basis,according to the diagnostic criteria of carotid atherosclerosis and blood stasis constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of70 inpatients and outpatients in Shuguang Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into two groups.35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group,the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu ointment on carotid atherosclerosis with blood stasis was observed.resuit1.The physique distribution of atherosclerotic patients was at least blood stasis,qi deficiency,phlegm dampness and yang deficiency.2.The influencing factors of atherosclerosis,coagulation function,hemorheology and thrombus elastogram were compared among patients with different physique.There were significant differences in the distribution of sex,smoking history and diabetes history among patients with atherosclerosis(P < 0.05).It is inferred that sex,smoking history and diabetes history may be the influencing factors of different types of biased physique in patients with atherosclerosis.FPG,relative index of whole blood high shear,P < 0.05,there is statistical difference.It is suggested that the whole blood viscosity ofFPG,may be different among different physique types in patients with atherosclerosis.3.In the analysis of the correlation between atherosclerotic blood indexes and influencing factors and blood stasis constitution,it was found that diabetes mellitus and age were significantly different from those of non-blood stasis patients(P < 0.05).It is speculated that diabetes mellitus and age are the influencing factors of blood stasis in patients with atherosclerosis.The whole blood viscosity of LDL-c,was 200 m Pas,αvalue,P < 0.05,there was statistical difference,indicating that there were differences in blood lipid and blood viscosity between patients with blood stasis and non-blood stasis atherosclerosis.Further Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes mellitus and erythrocyte aggregation were found.The index was the influencing factor of blood stasis atherosclerosis(P < 0.05).4.The clinical study on the intervention of Fuzheng Huayu Ointment recipe in patients with carotid atherosclerosis showed that Fuzheng Huayu Ointment intervention group had clinical symptoms: chest tightness,dark complexion and dark lips.The effective rate of pulse string or astringency was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Self-made Fuzheng Huayu plaster could significantly improve the physique status of the patients with blood stasis carotid atherosclerosis.6.Comparing the size of carotid plaques between the intervention group and the control group,it was found that there was a difference in the index level of carotid plaques between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in the length and thickness of carotid plaques between the intervention group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).conclusion1.The physique distribution of atherosclerotic patients was at least blood stasis,qi deficiency,phlegm dampness and yang deficiency.2.Sex,smoking and diabetes may be the influencing factors of different biased physique formation in patients with atherosclerosis.The whole blood viscosity of FPG,is different among patients with atherosclerosis.3.Diabetes mellitus,AT-III,erythrocyte aggregation index and DD may be the influencing factors of blood stasis constitution in patients with atherosclerosis.FPG,LDL-c,α value,There were differences in whole blood viscosity 200 mpas between patients with blood stasis and non-blood stasis atherosclerosis.4.Fuzheng Huayu plaster can improve the facial color,mouth and lip color,pulse and chest symptoms of patients with blood stasis.5.Self-made Fuzheng Huayu ointment can significantly improve the physique of patients with blood stasis carotid atherosclerosis.6.Fuzheng Huayu ointment has the effect of reducing carotid plaques and relieving and treating carotid atherosclerosis. |
