Investigation And Intervention Study On The Childhood Mental Health Of The First Children In The "two-child" Family

This article was launched shortly after the "Two-child Policy" was launched.This paper focuses on the mental health of the first children of "The two-child family".Survey data show:the first-child’s mental health status of "The two-child family" is not optimistic.Specific performance is:The detection rate of the first children of "The two-child family" on five components of the mental health diagnosis is higher.The mental health condition of the first children of "The two-child family" is different due to gender and age.In order to seek better ways to improve mental health of the first children of:The two-child family",we conducted psychological intervention in part of the subjects.Compared with the second test results of the two groups,results showed that group counseling can effectively reduce the scores of group members on the scale of people anxiety、learnrning anxiety、allergy tendency、self-blame tendency and loneliness tendency.That is:Group counseling can relieve the anxiety,sensitive emotions,self-blaming tendency and loneliness experienced of first-born children of"The two-child family".
