Public signs play an indispensible role in our daily life.Public signs,which not only to restrict public behavior,to improve interpersonal communication,to strengthen cultural identity,to set up the images,to serve the public,to prevent delinquency,to integrate live environment,but also to make establish a harmonious society.With the evolution and development of foreign policy,which it will spread all over the world.Public signs,it said that “the face of the city,"postcards","director".In the process of the communication with foreigners,the bilingual public signs the advantage of was going to perfectly displayed.But in our daily life,it can produce an army of difficulties.Which included in the style of written specification,not translation,omission,erroneous translation.Especially the issue of public signs,which translate into Russian language is more prominent.It is a must for us to make conversion analysis of a forbidden sign,which coming from linguistic,cultural,communication aspects,in order to find out the difference among them.According to analyzing the type for the mistranslation of Public signs,finding out these errors are mainly focused on that lexicon aspect,grammar aspect,orthographic aspect,culture aspect,communicative aspect and correct for these errors,summarize and analyze the type for the mistranslation of Public signs and giving suggestions,in order to improve the Public signs translation market.Public signs have benefited of foreign friends for travel,life,and production aspects.In the process of writing public signs,which not only in order to give the country,research and teaching agencies,social sectors provided a reference,but also providing examples for Russian translation teaching and translation in China.
