Research On The Image Of Weapons And Equipment In Contemporary Military Paintings In My Country

The artistic creation of contemporary military themes is largely influenced by the mainstream culture and values.And how to grasp the boundary between pursuit of historical truth and artistic deduction and apply it to my artistic creation will be the centre for my discussion and research in this paper.In recent years,China’s military development has developed rapidly,and the army’s basic construction and technological innovation have been in the forefront of the times.The launching of the domestic aircraft carrier and the installation of all kinds of new weapons and equipment has greatly promoted the development of the military subject painting and aroused the enthusiasm of the art workers.In recent years,the emergence of a large number of military theme paintings of outstanding works,but due to the lack of systematic theoretical guidance to many artists,many works are more or less there are some problems,such as clothing,weapons and historical errors,the characters do not meet the creative theme in mining the story confined to the traditional theme or too do not match the actual.The causes of these problems are influenced by the subjective factors of the creator,but the lack of theoretical research is also one of the problems in the creation of military subject painting.The development of contemporary military theme painting in China is influenced by the period of Anti-Japanese War,the Communist Party of China experienced the difficult period of millet plus rifles "during this period,the military theme painting in weaponry is difficult to become an important factor in artistic creation,more emphasis on the main characters in the painting,which also affected many the artists’ creation style.Art originates from life and is higher than life,so does military painting.The image of weapons and equipment in military subject painting should also be derived from history,reality and artistic processing.
