| Verbs are one of the most important parts of Chinese vocabulary and the focus of the teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The mastery degree of verbs by Chinese learners directly affects the accuracy and consistency of communication.The "select" semantic field is a subcategory of verbs which are frequently used in daily life,and with the semantic features such as [+selection]and [+action],etc.Based on the studies of the vocabulary ontology of "select" in the meaning of the semantic field,the thesis proposes corresponding rationalization suggestions according to the distribution and interpretation of verbs in the "select" semantic field in Chinese Proficiency Vocabulary and Chinese Character Syllabus and Chinese textbooks.And based on the errors in Chinese learners’ use of such verbs,this thesis analyzes the causes of errors and proposes corresponding strategies in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in order to contribute to the practice of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and to serve for the development of it.This article mainly includes six parts:The first part is the Introduction,which mainly introduces the research purpose,research status,research methods and sources of corpus.According to the current research situation,we mainly make a review to the research on verbs for teaching Chinese as a foreign language and on-the-spot research of verbs for "selecting" procedural verbs.The second part is "Chapter One: Study on ‘select’ semantic field" which makes the definition to the " select" semantic field at first,and then determines the semantic range of the scope of select" semantic field.From the perspective of semantic features and syntactic perspective,this part makes a more comprehensive analysis of"select" semantic field.The third part is the "Chapter Two: Comparative Analysis and Suggestions of the ‘Select’ semantic field in the Outline and Textbooks.This chapter first analyzes the distribution of"select"semantic field in the “outline” and the teaching materials,and analyzes them in contrast.On the basis of this,this thesis makes the suggestion tothe distribution of "Select" semantic field in textbooks and syllabuses,and then analyzes the interpretation of the "Select" semantic field in the two "teaching materials",as well as puts forward the relevant questions for interpretation of the"Select" semantic field on the basis of the comparative analysis of verb paraphrases.The fourth part is "Chapter Three: The Analysis of the Errors in ‘Select’Semantic Field".This chapter mainly focuses on sorting,summarizing and analyzing errors in the choice of verbs.According to the different situations of errors,we summarize the types of errors and analyze the causes of errors.The fifth part is "Chapter Four: Teaching Methods and Instructional Design of‘Select’ Semantic Field".Firstly,this chapter analyzes the suitable pedagogical methods for "select" semantic field according to the semantic and grammatical features of the "select" semantic field verbs,and then take the verbs "select" and "choice" as examples to give concrete instructional designs.The sixth part is the Concluding.This part is mainly the summary of the full-text research content,as well as the explanation of the difficulties,innovations and deficiencies of the article. |
