Poetic film has unique artistic conception and aesthetic feeling.The origin of poetics is the feeling of the human being against things.For a director who's working on poetic film's creation,the source motive force of director is poetic emotion perception.Under the intense emotional reaction,the director will fill experiences and personal feelings into images,which could make those images express more deep meaning,not only stay on the surface to show what the scene is.Poetic films and poetry in films had different concept.Many classic narrative films showed poetic expression of the emotions for the purpose of modifying their plot,but the poetic movies are more focused on direct description of poetic beauty,the plot of the film is not the first point.At same time,to really play a role,the poetic image symbols need to be in the time and space's relationship of the whole film.there is a unique method for Poetic movie to build their own time and space.Director expressed his own comprehension of reality life and anima by setting up a poetic time and space in his images.The poetic film do have a deep influence on my understanding of digital art.My graduation work,"the cold of the day",is an exploration of the poetic image symbol with my own experience.
