| The teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is not only to cultivate the language skills of the Chinese learners,but also to improve the communicative competence of the learners and disseminate the Chinese traditional culture.As we all know,there are two basic forms of teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language,on the one hand,the teaching of cultural factors in language classes,on the other hand,the teaching of culture in dependent of language courses.At present,many college and universities in our country only pay attention to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,and pay little attention to the teaching culture.Therefore,in order to perfect the culture teaching system and promote the real language teaching and cultural teaching.We must attach importance to the offering to special cultural course.As the unique representative of Chinese culture,Chinese wine culture combines the ideological connotation of Confucianism,Taoism and Buddhism and permeates all aspects of people’ life.The emblem of the first Chinese Culture Festival is a bronze wine jingle,which shows that Chinese wine culture.The study of Chinese wine culture from the point of view of Chinese as a foreign language is rare.In view of this situation,this paper will design and research the Chinese wine culture course in teaching of Chinese as a foreign language from the following aspects.Firstly,introduction.From the basis and significance of the topic,the present situation and the purpose and significance of the study,the necessity of the creation of this article is expounded,and the maneuverability in teaching practice in the future.Secondly,this paper draws lessons from relevant theoretical studies of instruction design and related theoretical studies of teaching design and cultural curriculum for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.On the basis of the theory,writer wrote a thesis on the curriculum design of Chinese wine culture in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Thirdly,the curriculum design belongs to the relative system,the complex content.The teaching design of Chinese wine culture course is introduced by setting up curriculum,analyzing the teaching object,clarifying the teaching goal,analyzing the teaching principle,choosing and arranging reasonable teaching content,and choosing the appropriate teaching method to design and complete.Fourthly,drawing on the rich teaching experience of the predecessors,a systematic and practical Teaching Design with Chinese Wine Gift as an example.Fifthly,conclusion and full text.It is hoped that the study on the curriculum design of Chinese wine culture in the teaching language can enable more Chinese learners to understand Chinese culture deeply,understand the connotation of Chinese culture,and improve the communicative competence of Chinese. |
