With the rapid development of economy and culture in our country,piano education is becoming more and more popular and developed.Piano is no longer the choice of a few families,but gradually goes to every household,and has a more and more extensive mass base.In the face of increasing social demand for piano learning,How to choose piano teaching material is a bridge for better quality of piano education.There are countless piano works that can be used in piano teaching since 300 years ago.It is not easy to make reasonable choice among many piano works.But not without trace,The basic principle of mastering the collocation of teaching materials is to promote piano teaching.The important link of learning is also the touchstone to judge whether the piano teacher is qualified or not.This paper makes a comparative analysis of two sets of textbooks,Bartok for Children and John Thompson Piano simple course,and makes a comprehensive comparison,thinking and suggestions.It is divided into three parts:.The first part introduces Bartok and his works "dedicated to the Children",as well as writing ideas and John Thompson and his work "John Thompson simple course" and writing ideas.Part two: content and Progress of "for the Children" and "simple course on piano by John Thompson",comparison of musical expressiveness and interest.Part three This paper analyzes the teaching essentials of "for the Children" and "the simple Piano course of John Thompson",and puts forward some suggestions on the practical use of materials.
