Chinese Homosexual Film Research Since The New Century

Gay and lesbian culture and human history are accompanied by life.Gay and lesbian films,as an art form,meet the psychological needs of people's entertainment consumption on the one hand and reflect the living conditions of homosexual groups in one age.And the human landscape form.The new century Chinese gay and lesbian film in the continuation of homosexual film tradition,but also because of changes in the times have their own characteristics,such as the increase in the number of homosexual movies,gay words and lesbian movies rise,etc.,effectively promote the mainstream groups and gay movies exchange.This article takes the 21 st century as a time node.First of all,it analyzes the development of homosexual films in the three places on the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.It then summarizes the various artistic images of homosexual films.Secondly,it analyzes the narrative theme of Chinese-language homosexual films from the perspective of commonness,focuses on the life style of homosexuals,and analyzes the commercial narrative features of films in Hong Kong and Taiwan.Subsequently,from the perspective of aesthetics,the beauty of men's color and imagery under the homosexual cinema lens is described,and the appropriate channels for homosexual films to enter the mainstream are explored.Finally,combining feminism and related sociological principles,we analyze the representative subculture or homosexual discourse conveyed in the Chinese-language homosexual films of the new century.
