| Students in the second grade are experiencing subtle changes in their psychology.At this stage,both academic and interpersonal relationships will bring certain psychological pressure to students.In the face of challenges,most students,like the springs,have shown great resilience in dilemmas.This kind of positive mentality that helps individuals buffer and resist crisis and successfully adapt to setbacks and adversity is called mental resilience.The focus of contemporary mental health education work is to explore new ways to help individuals overcome suffering and improve their physical and mental health,and help them achieve a more complete mental health state.When individuals experience setbacks,major changes inevitably generate negative emotions and even sink into them.Self-compassion is seen as an effective emotional coping strategy that helps individuals to blame themselves less,live in the present,and share their experiences with humans.In order to reduce the negative emotions,we should improve the mental health of individuals.This article focuses on the specific mechanisms of psychological resilience,self-compassion,and orientation-oriented mental health.On this basis,it intervenes psychological resilience and self-compassion to provide a theoretical basis for exploring and studying middle school students’ frustration education.Study 1:Taking 395 junior high school students from the 85th middle school in Xi’an as the research object,the self-compassion scale,the middle school students’mental health scale,and the youth’s psychological elasticity scale were investigated.The results are as follows:(1)Junior high school students Psychological resilience and self-compassion were not significantly different in gender,oligopoly/non-exclusiveness,and urban and rural household registrations;and the adaptive-oriented mental health was only in the only/non-exclusive,urban and rural households,and there was no significant difference in the urban and rural household populations.The differences in gender were significant and manifested in Test calm dimensions.(2)There was a significant positive correlation between psychological resilience,self-compassion,and mental health of junior high school students.(3)The mediating effects of self-compassion on psychological resilience and adaptation-oriented mental health are significant.Study 2:Intervention study on psychological resilience of junior high school students.Thirty-two junior high school students were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group,and the experimental group members were given psychological resilience for two months.The conclusions are as follows:After intervention,the experimental group members had significant changes and the control group did not.Psychological resilience and self-compassion as intervention variables can effectively increase their psychological resilience level and self-compassion degree,at the same time,they can improve and improve junior high school students’orientation and psychological health level. |
