This paper chooses the change of center of gravity as the starting point,and puts forward the view that the center of gravity is easily neglected in the learning process of sleeve dance,thus affecting the coordination of body and sleeve.The reason why the center of gravity is necessary to study in the teaching of sleeve dance is that it is an important part of the integrity of sleeve dance.First of all,the center of gravity is the source of power,which directly affects the body shape,amplitude and even the change of the sleeve body.Secondly,in the process of body sleeve coordination,the center of gravity affects body method,body method affects sleeve skill,and every movement of body sleeve coordination is inseparable from the change of center of gravity.Finally,the internal factors such as heart and emotion can be expressed with Chinese aesthetic characteristics by virtue of the center of gravity,so as to better reflect the charm and beauty of Chinese classical dance.
