Research On The "American Drama" Movement In Beijing

"Ai Mei Ju" Movement,defines as Amateur drama Movement,was sponsored by Chen Dabei,which stand for drama improvement of amateur and non-profit.During the period time of May Fourth Movement and New Culture Movement,people approached a theory of the establishment of china modern drama in area of literary and theatre that determine a well ideological atmosphere for burgeoning and scattering "Ai Mei Ju" theory in Peking areas.Additionally,the development of "Ai Mei Ju" theory also relied on the rise of student movement of drama playing.Therefore,student groups became to stem and social groups,which were called "Ai Mei De",became to assistant during the drama performance movement.At the meantime,the movement greatly committed to improve the theatre environmental institution and audience quality while boosted the emancipation of female ideas in Peking area.Unfortunately,"Ai Mei Ju" has not been acknowledged by each groups and also has not been became to the mainstream drama culture in Peking area,just incidental which beside of traditional drama culture.Amateur students drama play has it own limitations,which the quality and drama was not well.That is the reason caused the failure.
