Aggression is one of the direct influencing factors of violence among adolescents and the coping style is closely related to whether adolescents are prone to violence.Studies have shown that adolescents who choose the "point-to-mood" responses are more likely to apply to violence than those who choose "point the way" of coping problems.Cognitive behavioral therapy as a treatment method for a short period of time,which is easy to popularize and will respond well to treatment quickly,emerges to be increasingly popular around the world.Based on cognitive behavioral,therapy cognitive behavior group counseling is also gradually popularized because of good maneuverability and effectiveness.In foreign countries,psychologists have generally achieved good results in intervening study on groups of adolescents with aggressive and destructive behavioral disorders,as well as coping styles.Whereas,cognitive behavioral group counseling often intervenes in college students ' social anxiety,interpersonal relationships,depression,compulsion and so on domestically,with little regard to the aggression of the adolescent population and destructive behavioral disorders,as well as intervention in coping styles.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore whether group counseling of cognitive behavior has a good effect on the aggression of teenagers,and whether it can improve their level of choosing style of coping problem.The purpose of this study is to explore whether cognitive behavioral group counseling has a better effect on the aggression and coping style of teenagers.In this study,G*Power 3 software was used to calculate the sample quantity required for the study,and 46 middle school students with high aggression were screened using the"Teen aggression Questionnaire",randomly assigned to the intervention Group(N=25)or the control group'(N=21).12 weeks of group intervention was conducted in the intervention group using the Cognitive Behavioral Community counselling program while the control group have not been intervened in any way.After the intervention,the intervention group and the control group were tested by the "Teen attack questionnaire" and the "coping style scale of middle school students",and then tracked and measured after three months.The measurement results were tested with relevant samples T test,independent sample t test,oblique variance analysis,repeated measurement variance analysis and other statistical methods for data processing.Main conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)Cognitive behavioral group counseling works effectively on improving the aggressive intervention of young people.(2)Cognitive behavioral group counseling can significantly improve the aggressive behavior of students in the early age,and can improve their level of choosing coping style of "pointing problem".
