Research On The Application Of Interviews In Documentary Creation

Documentary shows the real life to the audience with the real images and the documentary methods of the creators,but re-examine the reality from a unique perspective,so as to express emotions,trigger reflection or reveal social problems.The creation process of documentary is a process of information collection and artistic processing.The creator completes the collection of a period of real information and realizes the artistic expression effect through his own thinking and condensing.Then,the information collection plays a guiding role in the whole creation process,which is commonly called interview and research.The author’s documentary work " The guardian on the mountain radio station " records a group of radio and television workers working on the mountain top.The nature of the mountain radio station determines that they need to work and live in a semi-closed environment.In the process of constantly exploring information,the author designs the framework of documentary and constantly improves the content.Through documentary shooting and interview,the author presents the audience with their living environment and psychological state.This thesis is based on the definition of interview in documentary creation,on the one hand,it theoretically explains and analyzes the role and work content of the interview.On the other hand,it summarizes and improves how to use the interview,the problems encountered in the interview and the solutions,as well as the interview experience,methods and skills acquired,in combination with the author’s experience in the preparation,filming and editing of the documentary " The guardian on the mountain radio station " in the early stage,in the middle stage and in the later stage.
