As a part of overseas Chinese literature,American New Immigrant Fiction have become an important part of the contemporary Chinese literary world with its unique cultural attitude. The Chinese writing of American New Immigrant Fiction written by American new immigrant writers point to Chinese history, current, reform, culture, value ethics and other factors, shaping Chinese image and have the meaning of "the other" in the West.As we enter the new century, the Chinese writing of American new immigrant writers has also entered a mature stage, constantly expanding and deepening the previous creative motifs, viewing the memories of the country and the present life from an exotic perspective. However, compared with the prosperity of the mainland literature, the Chinese writing of American New Immigrant Fiction shows a trend of inertia writing. This thesis contains 3 main parts, introduction, body parts and conclusion. In the introduction part, firstly sorted out the concepts of new immigrant writers, new immigrant literature, and Chinese writing, and determined the direction of this thesis. Then it sorts out the three stages of American new immigrant literature creation, analyzes the cultural identity, creative posture and text acceptance of the writers in the three stages, and explains the reason for choosing the time of the new century. The first chapter of the thesis sorts out the three unique aspects of the Chinese New Immigrant Fiction Chinese writing and the creation of mainland literature since the new century, and then examines the creative motives and demands behind the writer’s Chinese writing. The second chapter starts from the characteristics of American new immigrant writers in China, and analyzes the influence of writers’ life experience and cultural background on the choice of subject and personal destiny and humanity. The third chapter explores the writing posture formed by American new immigrant writers under the influence of Chinese and Western cultures. The dual cultural atmosphere gives the writer the identity of “world citizen”,which highlights the author’s enlightenment position of rationality and reflection, but it is also difficult in the creation of novels.Avoid the emergence of orientalism and cultural nationalism. The fourth chapter discusses the artistic gains and losses of Chinese writing in the American New Immigrant Fiction in the new century. The literary traditions of life experience and realism make new immigrant writers use double narrative time and space to show a more grand Chinese pattern.Coupled with the aesthetic habits of Western society and the development of mass media, writers use imaging factors to show history in their works.Personal destiny, but because the writer is far from the reality of domestic life and the drawbacks of "ideal writing",Chinese writing still can not get rid of the aesthetic attitude of post-colonial context, not only the writing mode is single, but also does not create a contemporary China different from the traditional Image. The conclusion concludes that the American New Immigrant Fiction have added exotic atmosphere to Chinese writing since the new century, but there are also many shortcomings.Although the number of American New Immigrant Fiction has increased since the new century, the overall literary achievements are difficult to compare with the mainland literary world. The paper analyzes the differences between the creation of new immigrant writers in the United States from the perspective of "Chinese writing" and explores how Chinese and Western cultures play a role in the theme selection and writing posture of writers. At the same time,it also affirmed that American New Immigrant Fiction have expanded the focus of mainland literature under the influence of heterogeneous culture.
