The Inheritance Status And Singing Analysis Of Shanxi Jinzhong Folk Opera "Qitai Yangge"

Qi Tai Yangko is a famous folk drama in Jinzhong area of Shanxi Province.It takes life stories and anecdotes as its subject matter,with beautiful tunes,witty performances and local dialects when performed,which truly and vividly reflects the living conditions of local people.Therefore,the local people love it.Qitai Yangko,also called Taigu Yangko,Jinzhong Yangko,is also referred to as Yangko Opera in the local area,so the author also uses Yangge Opera in the whole article.With the impact of modern civilization,Qi Taiyangko is declining day after day;the inheritors appear a fault;and only the elderly watches it.Faced with such severe living conditions,the state began to implement the policy of interventionist protection.Qitai Yangge was included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2008.This paper uses the research method of ethnomusicology to conduct field investigation in Taigu area,follow group performances to make detailed field records,shoot video materials,and interview the teacher Xu Ziwang,curator of the local Chinese Studies Museum.Combined with the relevant documents and video materials,the cultural background,artistic characteristics,the characteristics of singing style on Qitai Yangko are studied in all directions.According to the results of field investigation,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the inheritance and development of QiTai Yangko,and analyzes the singing practice of QiTai Yangko in concert in the light of his own artistic practice in concert.
